chapter 1

harvey street 21, Affron's house

"LILLY AFFRON get up here young lady!!" roared Mrs. Affron a small, narrow minded, kind hearted, pale faced , overprotective woman, from upstairs, she was in a bad mood from the start of the day. she has been telling her daughter to clean for the hundredth time which her daughter ignored god knows how cause her mum can be scary at times.

lily and her father was having a dispute about ravenclaw and gryffindor that who was the best, Mr. Affron a tall, cheerful , freckled face, funny , unlike his wife open minded owner of a big company, he loved brainy people like himself, that's why he always supported the ravenclaws. but  Lilly a tall brown haired like her mother, cheerful, stubborn, young lady supported gryffindor cause she loved the braveness and daring of them unlike her father she doesn't care much for brainy people.

she heard her mother yelling and knew this time she was in a serious trouble she shrugged and went upstairs and saw her brother a short , blond hair and a splash of freckles from his father and pale skin from his mother, with a stupid grin on his face peeping " why can't you do one thing correctly " taunted her brother Cody and slammed the door on her face which made her want to strangle her brother even more than usual but she resisted the urge and continued to walk to her room and knew what was going to come, she is going to be lectured and compared to her brother cause it happens all the time whenever something happens Lilly is asked to learn something from her brother and not only from home , in school also cause academics isn't her thing ,cause either she bunks classes or read a book from classes which results in calling her parents ,but Cody is like a golden child, every teacher adores him.   Lilly excellence in reading , Lilly loves to read always believed what the book says and she believes in magic, she was also born to swim. she loves the water it always help her to calm down.

she saw her mum waiting there and she was ready to be lectured, Lilly ,your brother this, your brother that. why couldn't she be an only child she always thought. what took you so long young lady" questioned her mother angrily". "i...i w.. was talking with dad" stuttered Lilly she hated when her mother calls her young lady cause her mother calls her young lady unless she is in a big trouble which happens only when she is in big trouble, which is most of the time. the only thing she wasn't sure was that is what kind of punishment is her mother going to give, the punishments are extreme and she shuddered at the thought, one time when she pushed cody into the pool, cody was struggling as he did not know how to swim he was drowning he wailing and crying to get to the surface and  Lilly laughed her ass off, it was so hilarious there were kids younger than him swimming like pros and she had to get cody on her own, once her mum found out she told  Lilly to take the dog poop from the garden and she had to do it without any gloves or shovel , it was horrible she could even taste the smell ughh.. cody never let her live down on that one
