Chapter 2 - The Call

April's POV

After taking a shower, I decided to check my phone. 8 missed calls from an unknown number. Great.

What if someone leaked my number? What if they know who I am? what if.

All these what if questions are going through my head, out of curiosity and without thinking, I decided to call the number back.

"Um.. um.. hello? hello?" I bit my lip, what if they will rape me?

"Is this April Con?" I nervously nod my head, oh wait.. They can't see me nod my head.

"Yes, speaking." I say, trying to act professional.

Don't be afraid, April. Maybe this is just a new career interview! Or maybe someone special.

"Are you LifeofApril?" I say yes, again.

"Well, we need to talk. When are you available?"

They will obviously rape me.

"How can we talk? We can totally talk here, now. Who are you? Why will we talk?"

I say aggressively and trying to speak with full anger.

"Modest! Management. We will talk about you talking about Niall Horan. Again, where will we meet?"

Then my mouth drops.

I know what this is about.

My documentary about showing my love for Niall.

"Look, I know what you'll talk about. It's about Niall and stuff, I never meant to say--"

He cut me off!

"I said where will we meet?" He was on a serious tone.

I know this tone.

"Liam? Is this you?" I say, trying not to hide my laugh.

"Geez, Con! Thanks for ruining it. Haha." He said, his laugh isn't like his real, regular, Payne laugh.

"Okay, Payne. Nice game." I said, laughing.

"But seriously, we need to talk. Are you available later tonight?" He asks.

"If this is about Niall.. look. I don't want to talk about it. It was a total mistake, okay? I was not myself!"

"Okay, okay. I believe you, but still. Niall needs to know."

Ugh, is this REALLY necessarily?

"Niall needs to know what?! HE KNOWS?"

My god.

Him.

he.

knows.

He can't know! no no no!

APRIL WHAT HAVE YOU DONE.

"He does not need to know anything! Nothing is being hidden or something! God, Payne.. Can't you understand?"

"Look, April! I just want you and I talk things off. Please?" He asks.

"Sure." I finally agreed.

"Wow! great. Meet in your place later. I'll bring Sophia, Harry and Nia--"

I cut him off,

"What?! No! bu--" Now he cuts me off.

"Bye!"

Great.

I'll be talking with Liam, Harry, Sophia..

and Niall.

"April! Mate! how are ya?" Harry hugs me and greets me, immediately heading over to the couch, getting the TV remote and turning it on.

"Sophia!!" I hug Sophia, Liam's girlfriend. "How are you?" She asks, I frown.

"Why?" She frowns too, "You know." I tell her, she laughs. "No biggie! We'll talk all it off." She smiles and gives me a hug.

"Con con!" Liam comes over and sends off a hug. "Heyy." I wave him over.

"April, how are you?" Niall comes smiling, we try not to hug for it will be awkward.. sooo awkward.

"Before talking it, can we please order pizza? You do guys know i'm starving." Niall says, "Um, sure! I'll order the pizza." I say.

I get my phone and call the pizza. Ordering Niall's favorite, Harry's & I's favorite and the couple.

The pizza came, unfortunately there was something wrong with the pizza.

"April! What kind of pizza did you order?" Niall asked me, "Your favorite! Bacon cheesy pizza!" I said.

"It is! but I want it thin crust! It's the big crust! You do know how much I hate it!"

Then I came close to him to see the pizza, "I swear I ordered the thin crust!"

He now seems to be stressed..

over a pizza.

"Why? Can you please call the pizza back? You do know how I hate it!" He places his hands on his hair.

"Can you? I'm busy!" I say, going upstairs.

"Ugh, fine!"

If only I could hug him and tell him it's alright..

But..

he isn't mine..

yet.

and niall god its just a pizza! get over it!!

i order pizza but it isnt thin crust !! god i hate those big crusts like pizza hut

oh well im getting another pizza for free soooo
