It's was near 2am and Jiwoo arrived at her apartment building, her eyes barely open she stepped into the empty elevator and pressed her floor number. Her co-worker last minute bailed on her shift making Jiwoo having to stay an extra two hours.
She soon arrived back to her apartment, all the lights were shut besides the tv light that was on. Jiwoo lazily stripped off her coat and bag and made her way to her girlfriend. She was bingeing one of her favorite shows, Sooyoung was used to staying up late.
As soon as Sooyoung turned her gaze to the tired Jiwoo, her eyebrows scrunched up and was concerned for her girlfriend.
"Hey Jiwoo, you okay?" She asked from the couch.
Jiwoo nodded and walked towards her, she dropped her head on her lap and out streched her legs on the rest of the couch and was about to fall asleep.
"How was staying late at the café?"Sooyoung asked digging her fingers in Jiwoo hair, gently massaging
"I had to wipe down all the tables like 50times and then loads of college kids came in and were so loud" Jiwoo whined.
"Such little shits and your boss is a dick" Sooyoung cursed making Jiwoo chuckle.
Sooyoung focused back on her show but soon asked Jiwoo if she wanted hot chocolate.
"Jiwoo?" Sooyoung repeated after hearing no response. Sooyoung leaned to see her face and saw she was sleeping.
Sooyoung wanted to stay like that for a while but knew her girlfriend deserves to be in a nice comfortable bed after her long day.
Sooyoung carefully lifted Jiwoo head so it was off her lap and on the couch. She turned off the TV and went to pick her Jiwoo bridal style. Jiwoo let out little mumbles.
Sooyoung rushed to their room making sure she doesn't bang Jiwoos head, she arrived in their room and laid her down comfortably on the covers and She quickly went to get her phone.
"Sooyoung?" She heard from the bed when she returned.
"Yeah? You okay?" She asked sitting on the bed leaning over.
"I'm fine, just lie down with me please" She asked quietly.
"Of course" Sooyoung did jus that and Jiwoo clinged to her side.
Sooyoungs arm going around her holding her closer, leaving a kiss on her forehead through her bangs.
They both bid eachother a goodnight and drifted asleep.
