It's been almost 8 months. 8 months since she's been on the field. 8 months since she's seen her brother, Anakin. Since she's seen her best friend, whom she'd say is her little sister, Ahsoka. Since she's seen the love of her life, Captain Rex.

8 long months of Council meetings, of extra training because a new threat was emerging. One that she needed to prepare for. And during that time, she had little contact with any one of the people she loved.

But today, that was about to change. Today, she was called into the Council room where there she saw Mace Windu and Yoda seated and ready to speak.

"Master Y/n."

"Master Windu, Master Yoda." She greeted as soon as she entered the room. "How may I help?"

"We got word that your brother, Anakin, along with Ahsoka, Captain Rex and a special force, Clone Force 99, will be storming a Separatist base on Skako Minor. Anakin himself requested for you to tag along." Mace said as (Your name)'s face lit up. She gave a small smile to hide her excitement.

"Thank you, Master. When do I leave?"

"Right now."

"Sir, we're ready to leave." Rex said as soon as he saw Anakin approaching the Bad Batch's ship. "Good. We just have to wait."

"Wait for what, sir?"

"For me, that's what." Rex heard while turning around to see the one person he missed dearly. That he's spent countless nights thinking about. That he longed to hold in his arms again. (Your name) approached them, her (your hair length) (your hair color) hair flowing through the breeze, her (your favorite color) robes also flowing, making her look flawless.

Rex didn't realize he was staring until Anakin elbowed him in the ribs. "You gonna say hi?" (Your name) asked with a smile as Rex blinked a few times. Instead od shaking her hand like he usually did to prevent any signs of attachment between the two, he wrapped his arms around her tightly and sighed.

(Your name) giggled, hugging him back with just the same amount of force before he pulled away, wanting to kiss her so badly, but he knew they had a mission and had to worry about that later. "It's good to have you back, General." Rex said with a smile on his face, (Your name) once again returning it.

"I thought I said don't call me General, Captain." (Your name) teased before Rex's eyes went wide. He knew you were a teaser like Anakin, but this was a whole different level. Your voice was a smooth as honey and his body almost going warm at the sound of it.

"Eww, get a room you two." They heard as they both turned to see Anakin smirking at both of them, and this time Ahsoka was standing next to him, also throwing them a smirk.

"I missed you guys too. Come on, we can talk more on the ship." (Your name) suggested before the four of them walked onto the ship.

"I can't believe they were holding Echo this entire time." (Your name) said in disbelief as she watched Ahsoka walk Echo to the medical bay, Anakin following behind them closely. "To think of all he's been through. I can't believe it."

"I can't either. But, I'm glad that he's back. Hopefully, things will be a better than they use to be." Rex said in hope as (Your name) nodded and looked up at Rex. "Now, about earlier.." Rex started while smirking down at her.

"What happened earlier?"

"You know what you did." He mumbled as (Your name) shrugged her arms innocently. "I'm pretty sure I don't. Remind me what I did."

"Oh, I'll remind you alright." (Your name) giggled softly, walking away towards the prepped quarters, Anakin said was waiting for her when she got back, but not being swaying her hips slightly as she did.

"Okay, it's on now."

(Your name) found the door to her prepped quarters and sighed softly. She had missed being on the field. She also was glad that Echo was alive. All those years, she thought he was gone. But her mind started to drift to the fact that Rex, Kix, and Jesse are the only original brothers he has left. Fives, Tup, Hardcase, Hevy, all are gone.

But that thought was washed away quickly when her door opened and she saw that Rex was already there and he had taken off his armor and was only in his blacks.

(Your name)'s eyebrows furrowed slightly as she looked from the door back to him. 'How the heck did he get here so fast?' She thought while the door closed behind her.

"You've been a naughty girl, (Your nickname).." Rex mumbled, walking up to her and pinning her against the wall. "I-I have?"

"Mm-hmm. Yes, you have. You know how you made me feel when you teased my rank earlier?" (Your name) bit her lip, holding back an innocent smile as he rested his fingers under her chin. "Do you know how it made me feel, (Your name)?"

"How did it make you feel, sir?" She asked, making sure to use the names they used before when they were together. Rex chuckled darkly, his hands moving from her wrists, which he had pinned to the wall, down to the back of her thighs and had picked her up, her legs immediately wrapping around his waist.

"How did it make you feel, sir?" She asked again as he began to nibble on her neck, a small high pitched moan erupted from her as he bite down her sweet spot.

"It made me feel like I wanted to pound you till you couldn't walk." He mumbled near her ear, making her shiver slightly at this. He had just moved his hands to her rim of her shirt and was about to pull it off when he heard the door whoosh open and Anakin had stepped through quickly.

"(Your name)? Are you in-HOLY FORCE!" Anakin exclaimed causing Rex to quickly drop (Your name) from his waist and (Your name) quickly standing straight and fixing her clothes.

"Oh, okay....um..yeah...that's nasty....um...I'm gonna go puke now.." Anakin began before he left out of the quarters, leaving Rex and (Your name) to look at each other before laughing.

"Let's just close the door and lock it this time?" Rex asked as (Your name) giggled. "Yeah. Hold on."

(Your name) went over to her door, closed it, and locked it before Rex came up behind her, wrapping his arms around her waist.

"Now, where were we?"
