Runa's face flushed, she could feel it.
Her last bit of confidence left her as soon as Kirari walked in. She had to come clean and tell you what was going on. She was terribly scared, she did not mean to get you so angry. But, also she was almost jealous of Kirari. What makes her so special? Why do you want to talk to her so badly, anyone could've spoken to you about your debts, so why her?
Runa and Kirari faced each other for a moment. Kirari did not know what was going on, she was confused. Runa just put her head down, she's giving up. Sayaka gave Runa a gentle look, understanding her predicament. "Operation Ask You Out" , the name of Runa and Sayaka's mission, was up in flames. Just because each time Runa was supposed to confess to you, she could not do it.
She watched as you talked to Kirari. You guys seemed to get along well, you were amused by her conversational skills, and you can see it. Kirari told you that you did not have any debts, and attributed your recent calls to the Counsel Room to typos. Runa, filled with jealousy, imagined what you were thinking about Kirari.
Kirari openly flirted with you, doing everything she wished she did today or last week. It hurt her heart when she watched you scribble your information on a piece of paper and give to Kirari. There she goes, stealing another person away from her. When you left, all eyes were on Runa.
"What's up with you," Kirari said.
"She likes her, Y/N," Sayaka said carefully while handing Runa a tissue.
Kirari takes a picture of the slip of paper, before giving it to Runa. She then begins to scroll through her phone.
"She's a pretty girl," Kirari said with a sly smile.
When Kirari left. Runa felt a couple tears slip from her eyes again
Sayaka then comes over to Runa with a new lollipop and a tissue.
And now there's competition. Can Runa even stand a chance against Kirari? That's all she can think about. The competition. She may have completely failed at "Operation Ask You Out", you will become Runa's girl.
She will win.
