"What are you doing here Alexander." Vasile asked in a stern tone.
Alexander scoffed. "You know exactly why I'm here. Where is she." He showed no signs of backing down.
"Who is he looking for?" Jacque asked. Right on cue Anastasia comes running through the open doors.
"Let him go!" She yelled. Alexander's head popped up and yanked his arms out of the wolves' grasp.
Anastasia ran and gave Alexander a hug. Alexander gave her a tight embrace. Remembering all of the men in the room, Alexander wrapped Anastasia behind him and gave everyone a menacing glare.
Anastasia tried to get from behind him, but Alexander wasn't having any of it.
"Wait they're mates?!" Jen whisper-yelled.
Alina walked through the crowd gracefully. "As you know, we must talk about this."
"There is nothing to talk about. She is my mate and we will complete the bonding ceremony. You've kept me from her long enough."
Anastasia could feel the anger coming off her mate in waves.
"We'll be right back. I need to talk to him." Before anyone could argue, they left the room.
