Taehyung sat boredly in his makeup chair, scratching his head lightly as he looked at himself in the mirror. "Hey, Tae, are you excited for the performance?" Jungkook asked from beside him, adjusting his mic.

Tae bit his lip nervously, "I guess."

"What's up? You're usually so hyped up about seeing the fans in the crowd." Jungkook sat down on one of the makeup stools, spinning around.

"It's not that, it's just... about Jennie." at the mention of her name it made him visibly cringe, while Jungkook stopped spinning.

"What happened?" he asked.

"Well... I've been ignoring her messages to me, and the fans are starting to come up with theories and her members seem to be hinting I did something to her and.." the older stopped before his heart felt like it was gonna shatter.

"Okay, calm down. First, why have you been ignoring her?" he asked, deciding to encounter the problems separately.

"Because we've been so busy, and when I have freetime I spend it just staring at her messages. I feel like I lost the spark we've ignited together. What do I do, Koo?" Taehyung sighed, not being able to deal with this.

"Yikes. That sounds awful, Tae. So, I'm not gonna lie, I think you should tell her about it. Your only issue is that she might get mad about it and not want to hear you out, I dunno.. I think you should risk it."

Jungkook got up when he heard their names called to get ready to go on stage in a minute. He pat the older's shoulder reassuringly, "You got this, Tae." and walked off to get ready.

Tae only stared down at his phone, knowing what he had to do now that Jungkook shared his thought on the situation.
