"Jameela,Often times I think about how lucky any child would be to have a mother like you. It's weird writing that down. Never in a million years did it every cross my mind that I would someday have these feelings for someone.I know I might come across as being standoffish and rude (which is true in most cases), but if you know me, you would know that I use that as a defense mechanism to keep people from getting close to me. You've somehow broken down these obsolete and childish defenses, and I don't resent it. You've made me a better man without even knowing it and for that reason, I will forever be indebted to you.
Yours,
A."Let me introduce you to Jameela, a very timid and ambitious 20 year old pre-med student and daughter of a poor family. Her father, Rida is a doorman of a luxurious building in an upperclass neighborhood in Manhattan, while Jameela's Mother, Nehaal works as a housekeeper. They live in a small apartment in the building intended for housekeeping/maintenance. With her overprotective father and her loving mother (that silently supports her but doesn't have much of a say in anything ), things get complicated for Jameela as she starts receiving love letters from one of the residents in the building.
