highschool parties suck

"Come on!!" b/f/n shouted from downstairs. You guys had just moved in together, and were enjoying the free life.

"I'm coming!" You shouted back. She was forcing you to go to a party you didn't want to. And of course, it was at c/n's house.

You hurriedly glossed up your lips and ran downstairs. You had a plain and casual outfit on (you can pick) since you didn't care. You just wanted to watch tv.

~time skip~

You arrived at c/n house and the sight annoyed you. You weren't in the mood for this. The music was so loud you could feel the bass in your chest. There were stuck couples and dancing people all over the place. You and b/f/n rushed inside and greeted your friends. After a few minutes you excused yourself and went to a small lounge area where no one was. It was rather far from the speakers. A bit quiet.

You plopped down on a couch and sighed long and hard.

"Highschool parties suck." You let the bitter words pass through your glossed lips.

"You played some calm music and scrolled through your phone. After an hour, you didn't realize you had fallen asleep.

~time skip~

You woke up and it was quiet. The lights were off were you were, but you could see a little bit of light coming through from another room. You walked closer and saw it was the kitchen. b/f/n, c/n, f/n, c/b/f/n, r/n were having a conversation.

"Alright, so it's a sleepover!" c/n says

You make a face and walk in.

"Hey, b/f/n when are we leavin'?" You ask

"Umm, actually y/n were having a sleepover" They reply

"I wanted to go home though"

"No cmon! It'll be fun! Right c/n"

"Yeah, cmon" c/n says softly

You roll your eyes and walk off, laying back down on the couch and going back to sleep.

~time skip~

You woke up and a bad headache attacked you. You decided to get some water, so you got up and went to kitchen, turning on every light you needed while watching something on YouTube. You grabbed a cup and filled it with water.

You heard steps in the other room, they slow. You panicked and looked around. You spotted a knife and grabbed, making sure to grip it tightly. As the steps got closer, you hid next to the fridge since it was next to the entrance of the kitchen.

The person came in the kitchen and you pointed the knife at them. Except...

"Woah chill! It's just me!" c/n's hands shot up in a "don't shoot" way.

"c/n! What the hell is wrong with you?"

"I could ask you the same think y/n. Will you drop the knife though?" He asked, his eyes wire still wide and his hands were still up.

"Oh right, sorry." You put the knife back and finished your water.

"Well, goodnight" you smiled

"Wait, y/n" he grabbed your wrist softly

"Yes?"

"Can I come sleep with you?" he nervously rubbed the back of his neck and chuckled, "the others are snoring really loud"

"Um, sure" you smiled at him, he smiled back.

You led him to the couch you were sleeping on and as you were about to lay down, he softly pulled you towards him.

"Actually y/n, can we go sleep in my room? Not for- you know, but like, it's more comfortable? Or we can just sleep here it's fine!"

You chuckled, "we can go sleep in your room"

He smiled and it made your heart flutter. He led you upstairs to his room, and you guys laid down on his bed. You were sitting up, thinking about anything, while c/n was in the bathroom. He came out and laid down next to you.

"What you thinkin' bout'?" He asked

You looked down at him, snapping out of your thoughts, "huh? Oh nothing"

You laid down and stared blankly at the ceiling. The urge to cuddle him took over you and you put your leg over his and your arm over his torso. You looked up at him, and his cheeks were a light red. He smiled at you and you at him. He wrapped his arm around you and turned his lamp off.
