Roommates (Minsung)

We sat at the table, talking bout things like our favorite colors, our childhoods, our dream jobs, and other random things. Throughout the night, we actually got to know each other pretty well. Just this one night had made us pretty close, so I was excited to see what would happen throughout the year.

After we had dinner, we went back to the dorm. We both plopped down on the couch and laughed at how similar we are. We watched some random K drama that was playing, until we were both exhausted. It was pretty late, but that was alright because school didn't start for another week. I look over to Minho who was already fast asleep. I got up, grabbed a blanket, and put it on him. After I made sure he was comfortable, I got up and headed to my room. I laid on my bed thinking about everything that lies ahead of me. I was excited, but also nervous. I was excited because this was everything I'd ever wanted. I've always wanted to come to this college, get away from home, and start a new life. Except, I didn't expect to be so nervous. I was nervous because I didn't have any friends here. I new it wouldn't be hard for me to make friends, since I wasn't really a shy person, but I was still nervous. After running a million thoughts in my head, I finally drifted off to sleep.

I woke up to the sun shining into my room through the window. I rubbed my eyes and got up to make breakfast. I peeked into the living room to see if Minho was still there, but he wasn't. He must have gotten up at night and went into his room. I just shrug and make some pancake batter.

I started cooking the pancakes. The sweet smell only made my stomach growl even louder. I quickly finish the rest. I end up making some extra in case Minho wanted some for breakfast. I eat my food, and head into my room to get ready for the day. I didn't know what I was going to do, but I figure that I can just go sight seeing, considering I don't know anything about this place. I put my shoes on, grab my keys, and head out of the dorm. When i got into my car, I looked up some popular places in the area and started driving to the first place that popped up.
