why can't i have both?

chapter one

hi i'm bored so i thought why not write a story.

It was your first day at true cross academy you wanted to become an exorcist but couldn't get into the school when the year first began.

You're currently waiting for a teacher to come show you to cram school.

"Hello are you y/n?" a man said, he had dark brown hair and glasses he looked about the same age as you.
"Yeah" you answered smiling at him
"well hello welcome to this school i'm Yukio Okumura i'm a teacher here" he introduced himself to you

"so follow me and i'll lead you to the classroom" he said.

you followed him to a classroom where about 8 or 9 people were seated at desks.

"Hello this is y/n she will be joining us please be nice to her and help her when she needs help" Yukio said to the class.

"you can take a seat next to Rin" he added pointing over at a boy who had a sort of navy blur hair color, you took a seat next to him and he turned his attention to you.

"Hello i'm Rin" he said with a big smile as he stuck his hand out for you to shake.

"hi i'm y/n nice to meet you" you said shaking his hand.

Yukio started teaching and soon the bell rang for lunch.

you walked out of the classroom when you heard Rin calling after you.

"hey y/n come have lunch with us" he said pointing over at a group of people. you agreed and followed them to a fountain where everyone sat down and started unpacking their lunch.

you did not have food because you were running late and forgot to grab some there was a cafeteria but you didn't know where it was and even if you did you don't have any money.

"hey new girl you got any food" a boy with pink hair said.

"no i forgot to bring some" you said

"here have half my sandwich" he said handing you his food.
"are you sure?" you asked
"yeah it's fine, i'm Shima by the way" he said

"I'm y/n" you responded.

"you got very pretty eyes y/n" Shima said with a smile, you started blushing a bit and took a bite of the sandwich he gave you.

"oi don't start harassing the new girl" this scary looking guy said

"i'm suguro but you can call me bon" he said

you glared at him you didn't really know why but you did.

"why are you glaring at me" he awkwardly said

"you know, your kinda scary looking" you bluntly said

his face turned red and everyone started laughing.

"You know i like you y/n" shima said raising his hand up for you to high five

you gave him a high-five and chuckled a bit.
