The Meaning of Life
A man was questioning the meaning of life. He always asked: '' What is the meaning of life? What is the meaning of life? Days passed and passed. Yet, he could not find the answer. He asked many people to learn what the meaning of life is. He could not sort the question marks in his life.
After traveling for a long time, he came across someone, and he did not hesitate to ask this question again. ''what is the meaning of life?'' The old man answered: '' I will assist you to find the resolution'' Yet, you must do what I want you to do at first. '' What is it?'' He asked with worries on his mind. The old man said: '' Get a spoon along with some water.'' He could not anticipate what to do the next. However, there was nothing to do anything else. Thus, he grabbed some water on a spoon. Then, the old man uttered: '' Great, now it is time to wander around the big garden outside without spilling. When you are to come back, it will keep its amount without being less. Now, go away and do what I want'' The man went away without both telling any statement and without questioning reasons. He started to walk in the garden while keeping the amount of water, which he kept the control. Yet, the water was not spilled on the floor or the grass. Then, he achieved to walk in the garden by keeping the same amount. Then, after the hours passed, he returned to the old man. He walked towards the old man and uttered: '' It is alright. I achieved to do what you wanted me to do.'' The old man said, ''Yes, you are right, but you did not look for anything around you, didn't you? What was there in the garden? What did you see? What did you realize around you?'' Yet, the man could not answer these questions while he was expecting to be valued due to the work he did prosperously. After all, he answered with an embarrassed tone of voice. The old man wished him to wander in the garden again but he ought to investigate what there is around him. ''You should recognize what there is around you while wandering'' said the old man. The next day, the man wandered in the garden by witnessing all the beauties around him. He realized colorful flowers that bloom and the sun was shining among the mountains, dogs were chasing after cats. Birds were singing following a rhythm. And, grass odor was excellent for him, which enabled him to think as if he was in Heaven among these beauties. After that, he realized that there was not any water over the spoon. Nevertheless, it was time to return to the old man. He was anxious about how he could explain such an awful situation. He got back to the old man's mansion. Besides, he got into the room by apologizing for spilling the water without realization. Then, he said by crying: '' I do apologize! I was not aware that I spilled water due to looking around me. And the old man answered with a burst of sharking laughter: ''Explain what you witness around you!''
The man explained all the beauties he witnessed during his walk. How he appreciated nature and how magnificent beautiful scenes from animals' run to shining Sun. The old man asked him:
