From time to time, your staff will be injured, this means that they will be off-duty for a couple of duty shifts.

Usually, they will get injured but if it gets worse they will become heavily injured and cannot work.

At the end of each duty in the Members section will show that one or two of your staff have been injured on duty. Injured staff will come back to work once they're recovery days are over, once they are over, you can assign them to either a new unit or send them back to which you they came from before they become injured.

The total duration of just injured would be 1-2 duty shifts. It depends on how the injuries are:

Heavily Injured would take 6-8 duty shifts.

They can become injured by, being attacked by criminals or putting out a designated fire.

[TIP: Give your police staff some bulletproof vests for them to become less likely injured.]

If staff is being attacked they will remind you of the quotes:

"Shots fired! Requesting backup!"

"Were under fire! Need backup, need backup!"

"Requesting support, requesting support!"

They will also show with the tag:

"UNDER FIRE! NEED BACKUP!"

[TIP: Be sure you have extra units in case of an officer is under attack! that will become them to damage the suspect more!]

Now if a policeman or any staff member is not supported by others or no one shows up to aid them, they will pass away. which will lower your reputation for that specific case you are trying to resolve.

[TIP: Be sure to give them good weapons like a rifle to defend themselves with]

Criminals can also be killed by police officers. If you're not careful with officers with shotguns they may accidentally kill criminals on the case which will lower your reputation.

DO NOT: Kill them by assigning policemen with over-powered weapons!

example, A shotgun takes 60 damage, Give them either pistols or rifles.

Remember: If you have any doubts about your police officers having shotguns, change it! there is no right or wrong answer!

Fires can injured firemen, policemen and paramedics if they are putting out the fire.

Now a specific DLC called: Special Resources allow you to give firefighters they're fire coats and fire masks to protect them. If you have the DLC, support them by giving their fireman coat and fire masks to protect them from the smoke of the fire that they are trying to put out!

Next, we will go over the criminals or suspects on how they behave to law enforcement.

stay tuned!
