Maybe it was the weather

When I felt your arms wrap around me, I forgot why I was sad for a moment.

You hugged me tight .

You told me , " I don't know why you're sad but I want to be there for you."

I giggled into your shoulder after that.

Not because I was happy.

But because I can't believe I'm in love with someone so perfect.

I've never felt so calm.

But I think it's because for once I can feel your heart beating against mine.

We were so close it made the rain seem like a good thing.
