Chapter Nine

LUCY HEARTFILIA
It's been days that me and Natsu are getting closer. Today's Wednesday and there's two days left before our engagement party and the next week will be our wedding.

I know everything was a rush but to be honest I do wanted to get married but not being forced. I'm slowly starting to have feeling for Natsu.

Today I'm here in the library with my friends. Levy, Juvia and Lisanna. I made new friends after the incident of Natsu visiting the university.

Jenny and the other bitches stop harassing me and started to mind their own business.

I changed back into my original name and got another ID card with my real name. I will be graduating soon this coming May since it only took me 2 years of study because I took the master degree.

Anyway we are in the library just chatting and eating our lunch. There's some people here are also eating lunch. To be honest I couldn't get enough of the view from outside. Our university was next to the sea and the sky was so clear and blue.

"So Lucy how was your date with Natsu two days ago?" Levy asked while she is writing her report.

"Well it was fun until his fangirls bothered us." I said as I cupped my face looking tired. "Well that's okay Lucy, you two have a lot of time together." Lisanna said and I nodded. "Yeah your right."

MONDAY|6:09|TWO DAYS AGO...

I'm here at the front of my house waiting for Natsu for our date. Then I noticed a car heading this way. Someone opened the car window and it was Natsu. "Get in."

I got in the car and closed the door. "You look stunning Luce." Natsu complimented. "Well thank you, and you look handsome." I complimented back and he chuckled.

He was wearing a dark gray v-neck sweater and jeans with a small chain hanging in the side. For me I'm wearing a pink cropped sweater and black jeans with black sneakers.

We went to many places and there were couples everywhere since it's Valentines.

We just went to a random restaurant that we don't know but we have fun talking and stuff like that.

He even put on the topic of his ex named Daphne. I didn't even know that he was dating Daphne. Daphne is a famous actress and a singer. She got the top 10 best female singers and she in top 10.

He told me that Daphne only dated him just for fame and he caught Daphne cheating and broke up with her.

"Wow, I can't believe she did that to you." I said and he nodded.

"Yeah but at least I did the right thing." He said and take a scoop of his dessert.

"Why did you even date her in the first place?" I asked.

"I don't really know." He said and I nodded.

We continue talking funny things and our past. We didn't have any topics to come up with. After our dinner we went to the beach. There are people here, some are talking pictures, holding hands, and I someone kissing. It was romantic.

"Earth to Lucy, are you there?" I went out to my thoughts and looked at Natsu. "Y-yeah?" I said and he chuckled. "You look so cute." He said and I looked away blushing. "Awe come on don't look away your cute face from me." He said teasingly.

'He's teasing me!' I thought to myself. Then he intertwined his hand to mine. "Come on let's go over there!" He pointed the sea breeze and we sat down.

He still holding my hand and I can't help but to smile.

There's going to be fireworks for a few minutes and we are just sitting here, waiting.

"Luce here this is for you." I turned around and to see Natsu offer me bouquet of roses and a chocolate box.

'Where did that came from? I didn't see him carry anything or go somewhere.'

"Uhh, thank you so much." I take the bouquet and the chocolates and blushed.

"You like it?" He asked and nodded and smiled.

"Well I'm glad."

"Mommy look!" Someone said then there were fireworks booming in the sky.

"Wow so beautiful!" I said in amazement and look at the colorful fireworks.

"Yeah just like you." Natsu said and I blushed. I chucked then he kissed me while the fireworks were booming in the night sky.
