"Alex you're gonna be late." Sigaw ng ate nya. "I'm already done, I'm coming down na." Nagmadaling kinuha ang kanyang clutch bag while taking one last look to the mirror. She really did her best to look pretty today, college night ng school nila, it's special because of her date the dashing Mike Saavedra.
The first time she saw Mike, was in her freshman year, He's running for freshman representative ng school council. She develop an instant crush on him the moment he saw him on stage, she admired the way he talked while explaining his plans for the college once elected. He looks so reserved and smart, a kind of guy who would get serious in a relationship, dependable and will never make a woman cry, her ideal man.
"Oh my god hija you look so gorgeous." Sabi ng Daddy nya while she emerges from her room. "You resembles you're late mother so much, I know she would be so proud and happy how her bunso turned out." May lungkot na sabi ng daddy nya.
"Oh come on dad, let the pretty young lady go, stop the drama." Natatawang sabi ng ate Nadine nya.
"Ok, ok I know you can go now." Nakangiting sabi ng daddy nya, "but remember beat your curfew princess." Paalala pa nito.
"Dad! I'm turning 18 next month, why can't you just lift the curfew." She said pouting her lips..
"Oh no princess, my house my rule. Be home by 1am, there I just gave you another hour to be with your friends. No more buts.. " sabi ng dad nya.
"Thank you daddy! You're the best Dad ever! " Sabi nya while giving him a kiss and walking straight on her way out of their house.
"Alex this is for you." Sabi ni mike while giving her a bouquet of red roses.
"Thanks Mike it looks so beautiful." She tells him while smelling the adorable flowers in her hand.
"Your more beautiful than those little roses." Mike said flashing his perfect teeth with a smile.
Slow music starts to fill the air, come on let's dance aya nya Kay Mike.
"Sure!" He said smiling.
"Marunong ka rin pala mambola." Sabi nya while dancing.
"Ahh no, I'm just stating a fact miss." He told her.
"Alex I need to tell you something." Mike said, his cute smile gone replaced by unwary seriousness.
"What is it?" She ask

Ng biglang napalitan ang music ng hard rock with screams, and she didn't here what mike was saying..

Mike look so tense then told her. "Oh never mind, can I bring you to our table na, I kind of forgot something in my car. I'll go get it muna if it's ok with you.
Ok, yun na lang ang nasabi nya, kahit labag sa loob nya. Gusto nya talaga ng marinig ang sasabihin nito kanina. She thought na baka magcoconfess na si Mike sa kanya. Na interrupt lang ng biglang nagchange yung music. Once na malaman nya kung sinong estudyante yung nagpalit ng music humanda sya..
The music stop all of a sudden then their student council president emerges in the stage.
We're announcing the prettiest of the night. Sabi ni Ash ang student council president ng college nila, "she is....

OMG, she said in an aww while walking towards the stage..
And our most handsome of the night is.... Johann Clifford Narvaez.
The spotlight suddenly goes in the right side of the stage. Where this handsome man wearing a white shirt and a black skinny jeans, flashing his devilish smile.
