Hello this is kind of a story...
so yeah as you can read ~ I dated Do ''D.O'' Kyungsoo
Sometime in 2015, I went to Korea for a 2 week vacation. I arrived there around 7 in the evening and I went to my hotel immediately (it was all arranged by the travel agency but, just the hotel tho ). I was so tired yet very excited to see some places or tourist attraction so I went out eventhough I didn't know where to go. I ate first at a cafe (I swear there's alot of cafes omg) and went for a stroll , while walking it reminded me that it's beautiful at Namsan tower in the evening so I decided to go. I asked some locals on how to get there~ luckily the Koreans I talked to can speak a little bit of english and are very friendly too,~ and so I went to Namsan.
I was really sad at that time when I went to Korea~ I was stressed about work and stuff that I came to the point that I don't want to do anything ~ I WAS TIRED of everything that's why I went for a vacation
As I was walking up the stairs at Namsan, I came to a place that you can view the city ~ It was so breath taking and super calm and SUPER cold as well (windy cold), there were very few people when I went there ~ I don't know why but mostly lovers just strolling and taking pictures (come to think of it, I did not even took a picture of the view back then) I was just staring at the city that time, looking at the yellow lights from the city.I was deeply in my thoughts I didn't care what time it was already. As I was letting out a big sigh of sadness, I noticed this guy not too far away from me staring. I was like ''the hell he looking at?'' , he was wearing all black padded coat, black bonnet , eyeglasse and a mask that was on his chin. He was looking at me with a suprised face (I didn't recognized him at that time because I have astigmatism and I don't wear eyeglasses) I was wondering why is he looking at me like that and why his face so familiar , so I went a little bit close to him
It took me 5 seconds to recognize him (I'm sorry) and I was like ''holy sht it's D.O". I didn't know what I was thinking at that time , I didn't even react like a fan girl or what , I just smiled and nodded at him and went back staring at the view (maybe I was so stressed at that time I didn't care anything in the world~ I didn't even cared why is he looking at me)
We are a half a meter apart that time and then I said ''you're sad too?'' (I didn't fcking know why I spoke wtf) I didn't hear any answer ~well I was not expecting tho maybe he doesn't converse in english
But then he said '' I thought your Korean, I'm sorry~'' I was like ''huh?'' and then I turned to him with a confused face ~ it turns out he thought I was a sasaeng fan who followed him (hmmmm ~ sasaeng what?-_-)
He went there alone. Alone. No manager or other members.Just HIM.ALONE.
So we talked about stuff and life and whatever (I won't discuss everything we talked about)he is not that good in english but yeah I can understand him. We can understand each other.It was suprising that we're kinda comfortable with each other.
It was getting colder and colder ,and I think Namsan was about to close that time (yeah we talked for a long time) I was thinking that I should go back to the hotel , but then he said ''wanna go to the beach?''
I was suprised and confused ~ he was too. He was about to say something but I interuppted him and said'' yeah okay let's go'' . So we went down from the tower and we used his car (he can drive) he told me that I can seat infront so~~ yeah
We continued talking about stuff in the car ~ he seems really really stressed at that time .I don't know where is the beach located but it was a little bit of a long drive. He parked the car near the beach then we walked to the beach
Going to Korea at the beach in the evening is freaking spectacular~ the sky was clear that time so stars are visible.You can smell the ocean and the waves at that time are really strong.
We sat and continued talking.
And then we found ourselves just staring at the ocean , ~complete silence , just hearing the waves crashing and feeling the wind
''this is nice'' he said as if he felt really relieved and happy (I think)
''I know right? ..Coming to the beach with a stranger and talked some private stuff and life'' (I don't really know why I was so comfortable and so shameless at that time *facepalm*)
He chuckled and then nodded
" Sometimes you just need a stranger whom you can tell all your troubles or resentments in life because strangers doesn't judge you .. they just listen'' I continued (inner shakespeare? confuciuous? haha)
He nodded as if he understood what I said and he just stared at the ocean deep in his thoughts
After awhile we decided to go back to the city,he drove me to the hotel. Before I got out the of car he asked me my number , I told him " You don't need my number , we're strangers and I am a very boring person in reality" I didn't know if he understand because he was just looking at me, then I continued '' I am really irritating and not that an interesting person, it's just that we're both sad today that's why ~ i don't really know what to say anymore, I don't even know what I'm saying''
He then got mad? or irritated? (I don't know') he started talking in korean ~ and obviously I didn't understand
''ya!'' then he gave me his phone ''kakao or number'' I think he's telling me to give him my number so I just gave him my kakao and then he talked in korean again
I was giving him a confusing look and was like '' wtf are you talking about?''
He then looked at me and said he'll contact me later when he has time , I bowed and said okay then he drove off..
