The Next Day...

Y/N POV

I woke up feeling a hell of a lot better and opened my eyes. I was facing the wall and felt something around me. I groaned a little though cause it felt more human than blanket.

So out of curiosity I sat up a little and looked around my bed. Toby was asleep just right behind me and had his arm wrapped around me. My eyes widened at the sight and I was about to say something when a hand went over my mouth.

I looked and saw masky. He raised his other hand to his masky and made a shush sign. I nodded and he helped me out of my bed. I then saw hoodie as masky removed his hand from me.

Masky then grabbed my wrist and pulled me farther from toby. They put me in the corner of the room next to the closet and I did not like it. Especially since I just woke up.

"Okay before you start being scary and questioning, why was toby with me??" I whispered

"Last night we came in as slender man told us to make sure you were alright. We stayed here throughout the night and toby said you looked like a little cuddly teddy bear so he went to test out the comment. He got in bed with you and then was instantly knocked out and asleep." Masky whispered

"What! I am not a cuddly teddy bear!!" I whispered

"Well you seem like it cause I've never seen toby go to sleep that fast!" Hoodie whispered

"Or at all." Masky whispered

"Wow." I whispered

"No no, I'm glad you knocked him out! I did not want to hear him rambling and being annoying all night long so I envy you!" Masky whispered, teasing me

I smiled a little and felt a little more comfortable. They then got serious and I sighed.

"Yeah yeah, go ahead." I replied quietly

"How did you get this so called disease?" Masky asked

Thats a good question. How did I get it? But to answer him I shrugged.

"I don't know, neon just suddenly started barking at my stomach half a year ago and still does it now. But every time he did my stomach would hurt or my head would hurt or my throat would just feel really dry." I replied

"Half a year ago?" Hoodie asked

I nodded and he looked at masky.

"You think we have a suspect?" Hoodie asked him

"Maybe?" Masky answered

"Suspect for what?" I asked

"Yesterday we asked smiley to explain what the hell happened to you and why it just came out of the blue like that! He explained and we thought we should try an help out and see if someone planted this disease in you." Masky explained

"And we might've eavesdropped on you guys when you were telling stories but we only heard the one about josh then were called to go on a mission." Hoodie added

"And we suspect that maybe josh did more than just stab you." Masky said

"Its still a work in progress but doesn't hurt to try." Hoodie said," plus we'll still have fun with it so its a win win."

I was confused and scoffed a bit.

"Wait, you guys think josh had something on the knife?" I asked

Its not a dumb question and its not a bad theory really. Though its sweet that they're trying to figure this out. But would josh really do such a thing?
