Quirk description: Although very similar to Electrification in most ways, there are two big differences; 1, the user will never short circuit, no matter how many volts are released, and, 2, the user has so much electricity pulsating through their body that they can never stop releasing small amounts outside of combat. Touching him will usually result in a minor electric shock. The user can never come into contact with water because it could cause them to electrocute themselves by mistake, instant stopping their heart. The user is also aware of how lethal their quirk is and makes sure to never release enough volts to kill someone.
