Chapter 4

Rules of night world: Never fall in love with a human

Lissa felt the goosebumps and the hairs at the back of his neck standing. And their was only one explanation for this and it was not good at all she had to steer him away from the tent.

"You know I can hear your thoughts your not putting up much of a fight Lissa"

"How did you know my name in the first place and how did find me."

He can smell your scent a mile away princess. Don't answer this telepathy just give me sometime to figure this out.

Lissa's eyes just got a flicker of a quick   movement the next thing she heard was the sound of the two people struggling. Keith had turned into a full wolf form and he was attacking fierce at the stranger with everything his claws and teeth.

"And you call yourself a leader of the night world please you have to do better than that little brother" , without another word the stranger pushed away Keith as if he was a puppy who was biting a full grown bear. He took hold of Keith by the neck and he looked him in the eyes as if trying to hypnotize him but he just ended up dropping him down at this point Keith had taken his human form again.

"Just look at yourself a single grip from me and your down already I thought dad had taught you better."

"Who are you?" Keith tried to catch his breath while asking the stranger who was standing infront of him.

Without another word the stranger approached Lissa with malice in his eyes

So human girl where were we oh I remember I'm here to kill you and I see your protector has failed you big time.

"If you lay a hand on her I'll surely...."

Keith's  word were cut off with the strong grip in the neck. "You'll what Keith look at you did you really think your the only hybrid I've walked on the face of the earth for hundreds of years and you expected me to go easy on you,you are just a  TRASH!!"

The blow was delivered on Keith's chest which made him spit blood.
I have to do something or this thing is going to kill me without even having the second thought. Lissa felt all of her body go numb she just stood there frozen as if she has been shot with a  tranquilizer.

Don't worry human it will be quick you won't even notice it

"Who- who are you?" stammered Lissa thinking that maybe it will buy her sometime.

"Me, let's say I'm the person who is going to end up your misery Lissa."

Keith stood up his eyes had turned into blood red and his muscles tightened as he approached his anonymous attacker. Lissa just got a glimpse of his face and every nerve in her body screamed murder.

"Ohhh I see your bodyguard is still trying to play a knight in a shiny armour guess I just have to break my rules, and kill one of my family members."

Family? Lissa just felt like he was about to faint everything felt fuzzy.

With a swift movement Keith approached his former attacker with his claw and stabbed him with them from behind. The stranger let out a loud noise more like a howl of a wounded wolf.

"I thought I told you to stay away from her but you underestimated my ability didn't you? You better get back to the cave where you came from."

The stranger pushed away Keith and he just disappeared atleast according to Lissa's eyes but Keith saw him clearly that he used the vampire super speed to escape the grip of his claws.
