CHAPTER 5
I THOUGHT YOU TOLD ME TO LEAVE YOU ALONE?

── - ˏˋ ✎ ˊˎ - ──

THE MOON BOY'S BRAIN COULDN'T EVEN FOCUS ON HIS WORK. He was concerned for the older and Chanhee could see it on his face.

Kevin's eyebrows furrowed as he stared at his paper with nothing on it. Nothing. Not a pen mark, no words on it. Blank.

The redhead's brain was thinking about Jacob.

Is Jacob okay? What happened to him? Why was he in a bad mood? Did I do something wrong?

Those thoughts consumed the redhead's brain. It was tiring him out. He didn't even hear his professor say the students are dismissed.

Chanhee tapped the moon boy's shoulder, getting a flinch in return.  Kevin looked at the pink hair boy seeing the concerned expression on Chanhee's face.

“Are you okay?” Chanhee whispered to the older. Kevin didn't want to bother the younger but it would be a lie if he said he was okay.

He was worried for the older and he didn't know why his brain kept circling back to him. It gave the redhead a headache just thinking about him.

“Just...thinking.” Kevin packed up his stuff on his bag before walking out of his classroom with Chanhee.

“You're thinking about Jacob. It shows Kevin.”

Does it really?

The redhead let out a breath and just admitted that he was thinking about the older. He didn't want to but his mind always travelled back to the angel boy.

Ever since their encounter he's been on the younger's mind.

“Mmm. Go find him. Changmin needs me and Sunwoo. Peace.” The pink boy held up a peace sign running outside of the now empty classroom.

Wait. When did Chanhee talk to Changmin? Kevin has never seen them interact before. Well, maybe it's because Kevin hides in his room 24/7.

The moon boy packed up his bag and went to the library to clear off his mind.

I need to stop thinking about him.

Well, that thought didn't help the poor boy.

Once the boy got to his campus library he entered the building. The ding! from entering the door and this got the redhead's mind to stop wondering about thoughts about Jacob.

The library.

It was where the redhead could come and drown in books for hours. Hours. The different genres interested the younger.

Kevin didn't come to find new books that would fill his interest for days. He came to finish his work that he didn't get to finish.

It was the first time Kevin wasn't paying attention that much. The redhead usually had everything written down when class was over. This time he had nothing on his paper(s).

Though, him trying to finish his work didn't really happen. Kevin got a glimpse of the angel boy sitting down at a table, pouting. Looking like he didn't know the answer to a question.

Kevin wanted to know what was wrong with older so he walked towards him.

It's a simple question. That's it.

The redhead was nervous. His mind wandered into thoughts about messing up. It was the 'what ifs'

Nonetheless, when the younger reached the older's table he tapped the tip of his fingernail on the table. The older looked up and gave him an uninterested look.
