She walks down the street, bloody dagger in hand. It is obvious to see she’s afraid. She trembles, runs, japs, misses, ducks, flips, and repeat. The battle can’t go on much longer but it takes at least 30 minutes.

Tes stops and screams, “Why are you so determined! It’s so cruel. You killed us out. You killed my family!” she moves and falls to the ground. Marise pins her down knife in hand.

Tes mutters, “Why the hesitation. You didn’t have it before.”

Tes flips her and runs for her life. She runs into the woods hearing footsteps a foot or so behind her. A gun shot. This is her chance. she goes into full speed going more than 30 miles per hour. She trips, stumbles, flips and keeps going.

She thinks, “This is the same as training in the mountains.” She made it to the hole this is it the hiding spot of the ones left, which is just her. Her parents were scientist; their research was the last ingredient to the “frame” as they called it, the biggest thing of the master plan, which is to bomb the source. The source gives off the tericance; the magic in this world.

Tes pick up her staff, her only archive in her family, left. She read all the books though, her photoagrghic memories has its advantages. She screams. Then her blade slips. She mutters, “what the? Not another one. Oh god!” She gets them at the weirdest times, sometimes in her sleep. Tericances come in the biggest verities of forms like her staff or seeing the future.

She says to herself, “I remember when the world was whole, when the magic shows were fake, even when I was in pre-k learning the alphabet. Cruel lord where did it all go? The circuses, the petting zoos, the craft stores, and the lollypops. Did you just take it from me or everyone?” continuing chocking on her words, “I don’t understand why you want to punish us, all of us. You don’t even know how much I’ve been bullied, hated, and punished by you. I have nothing else to loose! If you love me at all or my family. Kill me now, show me a sign.” She paced and paced, then.

Two hours later the battle scars are all over. She’s running out of Band-Aids.

“Hi is anyone in here.”
