Amane went home early from school in the afternoon with a lot of scars and bruises but he covered them up and opens the door to see his older sibling Y/N cooking for their dinner tonight...

Y/N notices Amane and turns off the stove and worriedly approached their little brother and noticed a bruise mark on his left cheek "Amane?" Amane looked at Y/N them averted he's a gaze and look down, Y/N just sighed and went to the bathroom to get the first aid kit and went back.

As Y/N was tending on their little brother's scars and bruises which surprised Y/N because there.was.a.LOT!
An hour went by and Y/N was almost finished "(nee-san?|nii-san?)"
"hm?" "...am I a burden to you?" Y/N stopped and looked at Amane and noticed that he was on the verge of tears.

Y/N sighed "You might be troubling, yes" which made Amanes's tears stream down his cheeks and he gritted his teeth to hold himself from making a whimper...
"But you are not a burden to me Amane and you'll never be one in my eyes" which made his Amber eyes widen and look at Y/N's E/c eyes his (nee-san|nii-san) wiped his tears away and carefully patched up the bruise on his cheek and hugged him which startled him " it's okay to cry sometimes you know? You can't always bottle up your feelings, it's unhealthy" Amane smiled as he cried on his (nee-san's |nii-san's) shoulder.

"Hey...(nee-san|nii-san) promise me you'll stay with me forever?" Y/N just smiles at their little brother's behavior and kissed his left cheek and ruffled his head "of course Amane" Amane smiled and Y/N returns the smile.

Amane ran to the school's hospital that was next to the school (of course) as his sweat drops and was wondering if...that was the time...He bursts the door open to see his (nee-san|nii-san) and several nurses and two doctors on his (nee-san's |nii-san's) hospital bed, his eyes widen and ran beside his (nee-san|nii-san) he's amber eyes looked at the nurses then the two doctors...
They all have the same look... pity...
He looked at his (nee-san's |nii-san's) eyes ...they held sorrow...
The doctors and nurses left to give them space.
Amane looked down as tears started to form on his eyes

"*cough cough* Amane" he looked at his (nee-san's|nii-san's) now pale (paler) face as his sibling smiled at him and weakly put their hands on his cheek, he didn't care, he burst out in tears and started hugging his sibling tightly while Y/N just smiled as they hugged back and cried too while rubbing circles on his back
"(Y/N-nee| Y/N-nii) please *sob* don't leave me!" he managed to say in between sobs... But it couldn't be helped...
"Amane, you know I wouldn't leave you...but I can't magically get better... Some stories have those cheesy happy endings...but you can't expect every story to end happily..."
Amane cried even harder and hugged Y/N tighter, afraid of letting go or he'll lose you... Either way...he'll still lose you

Y/N kissed Amane's left cheek as the grip on Amane's back lose a,  he looks at the large device on his right and the heart monitor was going on a straight line.
Amane's eyes widen as he shakes his sibling "(nee-san?| nii-san?) (nee-san?!?| nii-san?!?) Y/N?!?" he stopped and cried...
