So we have seen multiple times within the series that Tomo has been affected by if not, all the things related to time that TODD is involved in. Given that our base, could it be possible to add a bit more to the mix?
1) So let us say that Todd currently has a flower within his hand. He is considering to wear it permanently as a new style, opposed to his old flower-less self. He wants to wear it on his head, positioned on the side of his hair sprouts(?).
Because Todd has already made the decision to wear the flower, does that mean that Tomo will have the flower on his head? Or will he not, because Todd has not physically worn that flower yet.
2) If we were going by the first suggestion, then that means that Tomo is a predictive future clone. So then by that logic, the form, mentality, and preferences can be altered at any given time, given that Todd only needs to THINK about the change, or at most have the item triggering the change in his hand. But as soon as Todd let's go of the thought or object, Tomo would revert back to normal.
This could also mean because Tomo's form depends on Todd's choice, then he'd be powerless as long as Todd had his consent. And another add-on, this supports the idea of indecisiveness. This is best seen within the Angel Devil Tomo arc.
3) If we were to go by the second suggestion (or basically a big second step to the first one), then Tomo is a reactive future clone. This means Todd will have to do an action in order for Tomo to change. This can also mean the actions of others on Todd. By this sense, Tomo can see Todd's future.
Tomo has a bit more power with this suggestion, as he can change the actions Todd does, even if Todd had made a choice to do something else. This is seen in the First Arc.
4) There is another that can fit but neither do Todd and Tomo enjoy the concept. The idea of the unchangeable future. This is what you see in movies. The concept of being able to see your future but cannot change it. This means that Tomo's appearance and/or mentality will change without Todd's choices nor actions. This is seen in the Kung Fu Arc (but somehow that arc also has the 2nd suggestion in it too).
There is more that I will drop now.
-Sometimes Tomo and Oldie know what Todd is thinking about, sometimes they don't.
-What had happened to Tomo's wing in the Angel Devil Tomo arc? If it stayed, but then Todd had made another indecisiveness event happen, but this time he chose the route of Devil Tomo, would normal Tomo have both a Devil and Angel wing?
-Why is the time god blue?
-How come we have not seen Tomo go through the same thing future lex and fixnard had gone through (the crack(?) that resembles the time god crevice)
-Seeing that the time god also represents water, I think tomo has a stronger connection to that guy.
-How come Oldie can recall both lives of Todd and Tomo, despite them the same being.
-Have you caught that despite Tomo disliking his position in the timeline, he is very time supportive. It also seems that Tomo has a stronger interest in gadgets then Todd (As seen with all his weapons, and recently how he refuses to drop his business repairing computers, as he seems to have a strong passion for it but is dropped down by Todd possibly.)
-Oldie is most likely a pure timeclone of Todd. So far we have not seen any other references to him nor his color either then his own memories.
-Tomo (in my opinion) is probably a manifestation of the time god's power.
-It is possible the official in-comic references of time are written by Tomo.
-Because the existence of Babs, it could be possible that the EXISTENCE of the being of Todd can be immortal. Not necessarily Todd himself, but the concept of him. There could be a thousand Todds, but they would probably live separate lives from even the closest time neighbor,
-Could mental illnesses affect the boys?
-What the hell are the bird worm things that we seen in the Todd talking to the Time God arc?
-Could Tomo avoid injury when he is currently in the process of changing forms (via melting)?
-Why do Tomo and Lex Winsmore dislike eachother?
-If the barn cats have gotten time clones due to themselves existing with the boys, can this work for all people?
-If Babs looked in a mirror, would the mirror age or would Babs age?
-It is most likely Todd, Tomo, and Babs are seperate entities from eachother. The evidence for Todd and Tomo can be seen from their time relation with eachother, and Oldie's memories. With Babs, we do not see any flashbacks of young Todd being pink, and in the End-of-Hiatus episode (though may be a joke) when Tomo was baby-ified, he resembled Babs with a blue blanket. And then in the Time-Lasagna arc (though may also be a joke BUT also evidence) Oldie states that he thought he was T-Prime, then a mock of the logo appears, only with Oldies, and we can see the "Tomo" Oldie having a different appearance and personality from the Original Oldie.
-The concept of Tomo being separate from Todd has been officially acknowledged in the same episode. Look closely at the papers scattered around the room.
-What would happen if Todd ate an apple that Babs aged, then he left the affects of Babs' power?
-What is Todd's last name?
-Someone in Todd's family generations ago had bidded for the ticket that Hattie later stole (then Tomo got back).
-How come sometimes people can't even recognize the similarities with Todd and Tomo, and other time they can't even differentiate them.
That's all I can add for now. I drew the demonstration of Todd with the flower, along with the banner for this chapter.
