Ranpo x Reader 1 year anniversary

(I am sorry if my one-shots are short but I swear I'll try hard to make them long and good for you guys. And please tell me if there are any grammatical mistakes.)

Your POV

It was your 1 year anniversary and you had no idea what to give your precious sweets addicted boyfriend. You thought maybe you could stay at home and watch movies and eat snacks, but you wanted to make this anniversary special. Finally you went to your best friend Dazai to ask him what you could do for your anniversary.

"Hey Dazai. Mind if I ask you a question?"

"Of course not, what is it (Y/N)-chan?"

"See, today is my 1 year anniversary with Ranpo and I don't know what to give him. Could you please help me?"

"Ah my beloved (Y/N)-chan doesn't know what to give her beloved boyfriend, so she comes to me. The Great Dazai Osamu" he just loves to tease you.

"Stop teasing me and help me" you said annoyed.

"Alright alright, well we all know that he loves sweets so you can give him sweets and then you can go watch some movies?"

"No I want to give him something special"

"Well, we have time we would figure something out."

Ranpo's POV

'I really don't know what to give (Y/N) for our 1 year anniversary. I want it to be something special but I don't know what. Maybe we could have dinner at home and then watch some movies? Argh, no Ranpo why are you so dumb (Y/N) is special, she deserves something special. I think I have no choice but to go and ask Atsushi or Yosano for some advise. '

~ Le time skip ~

"Hey Atsushi-kun, can I ask you something?"

"Of course, what is it Ranpo-kun?"

"Well you know that today is my 1 year anniversary with (Y/N), but the problem is that I don't have a clue what to give to (Y/N). Can you help me Atsushi-kun?"

"Of course but I think that you should go to Yosano-chan too, because you know she ia a woman and she probably knows more than us."

"So what are your ideas so far?"

"Well I thought about to have dinner at home and then watch some movies but I thought that (Y/N) is special and so she deserves more than that"

"Alright what about to have a romantic picnic at sunset?"

"Wow Atsushi-kun that's a really good idea. I still have to figure out what to give her."

"I think you should ask Yosano-chan about that"

"You are right thank you for your wonderful idea Atshushi-kun"

"No problem, now go and find Yosano-chan"

"Then I'm off" I waved bye to Atsushi-kun and made my way to Yosano.

I entered the agency and searched for Yosano. I find her really quick and went to talk to her.

"Hey Yosano I have a question"

"Alright but first are injured. Do you need my treatment?"

"No I'm not injured but I have a question for you"

"Spit it out"

"Alright, you know that today is my 1 anniversary with (Y/N) but I don't know what to give her. I want it to be something special."

"Hmmmm... The other day we went shopping in the mall. (Y/N) had quite an interest for a silver necklace with a heart in the middle. I think you can buy it for her"

"Thank you so much Yosano than I'm off"

Your POV

Well after I spoke with Dazai about a gift for Ranpo we came to the conclusion to buy him some sweets that he hasn't tasted already. I went through every candy shop I saw but there were only sweets he had tried before. Than I had an idea I heard there would be a new candy shop in a town near Yokohama so I went to my car and drove to the new candy shop. As I opened the door the smell of candy went through my nostrils.

"Welcome! How may I help you, miss?" a nice girl asked me.

"I'm searching for a new sort of candy. Do you have some new candy sorts here?"

"Oh yes, we have. Please follow me, miss"

"Thank you!"

After I bought the sweets for my boyfriend I went home, because it was already 5p.m. As I went home I instantly saw my boyfriend laying on the couch. I went to him and hugged him from behind.

"Hey honey, where were you I was searching for you" he said.

"I have a present for you babe" I chuckled and gave him the sweets I brought.

"Happy 1 year anniversary babe" I said and gave him a kiss on the cheek. He turned around and kissed me.

"Well thank you but I still have a surprise for you honey"

He led me out of our apartment hand in hand and he drove us to a hill. At the top I could see a picnic there. We sat down on the blanket.

"Do you like it princess?"

"Yes it's very beautiful. Thank you"

"But I still have a surprise for you"

I looked at him confused but then he gave a little red box with a white ribbon. I opened the little box and looked asst him with wide eyes. In the box was the silver necklace I wanted. I jumped and hugged him very tightly. He broke the hug and kissed me passionately on the lips.

"Happy 1 year anniversary honey" he smiled at me and tied the necklace around my neck. After that we ate while we watched the sunset. It was better than I could have imagine it. I definitely have the best boyfriend in the world I'm so glad he is mine.
