GeekAU (Questions and such!!)

GeekAU: What is it??

I've got this question super often and I'll be honest,,, I'm not too sure myself...
I created this AU back in 2016 with it originally only going to have the four main characters and their adventures.

As I've been saying to everyone,, think of this AU as basically a Highschool AU..

I know I know,, it's really cheesy and something that is pretty over used in the fanfic world. I think what makes GeekAU a little different from Highschool AU is that most of these characters are based on and change along with their irl model. There are friends in this AU that I have modify multiple times as they are changing and discovering themselves in irl. In a way, GeekAU is also a way for those people to remember glimpse of their life journey too?

I know a couple of my friends may not want to remember their past, and I fully respect that. But i have included those events in this Universe too because I think it's something that everyone can really learn from. There are people who may or may not have experience those events and would want to know how they dealt with it or what happens to them right? I personally have learned a lot from them myself too and I hope there are people out there who Can feel the same way.

Of course, I will ask for permission before I release the certain events,, because I think if I'm gonna release some past events, it's at least respectful to ask if the irl based characters are alright with them,,
