Hey there! I'm Adam_Mark11! Just to thank you that you choose to read the first part of my story and stopping by  :3 well to resume, this story will have Superbat as the main characters AND a Trans character so please like the description said, If you are Transphobic or Homophobic please DO NOT READ this fanfic, that's all! thanks for reading my note and enjoy the story! (P, S: I  will be updating with new chapters every once in a while until the story is finished or who knows maybe tomorrow you will have the second Chapter and so on ;3 ) Also, all the character's except from my Oc are property of Dc Comics and Marvel.

Narrator's POV:

It was a cold night in Gotham city Batman jumping from building to building chasing criminals and serving justice to the ones that deserved it but in Metropolis it was the opposite, the buildings shinned on the darkness of the calm and beautiful night and our Kryptonian was flying, enjoying the calm atmosphere of the few people that walked at night near the centre of Metropolis smiling and joking like old friends, suddenly an explosion far from Metropolis but near the limits of Gotham city could be heard by Superman.

Superman's POV:

My super-hearing got on alert when a loud explosion made a building, well it was more like a laboratory, turn into ashes almost completely, I flew as fast as I could to the outsides of Metropolis almost in the border with Gotham, the building was on fire and there were no signs that people got out or any shouts, I went to scan the place and found 3 signs of life.

"Two adults and apparently a child are trapped in there"

A shadow came behind me and went next to me, it's my friend Batman he is always right on time, I turned to see him and-...i just smiled, I couldn't express the happiness I felt when he got here.

"So...what do we do Batman? there is a kid that has fewer chances to survive you could go for the ki-"

"You go for the kid I will go to the lowest level of the building for the adults..." Batman jumped from the rooftop we were at and made his way inside of what was left of the lab then I went to the upper level for the endangered child. 

Narrator's POV:

Batman started to look for the persons. he arrived and broke down a door just finding the two adults at the floor without vital signs, he gave a heavy sigh and scanned the bodies after putting a mask to breathe through the smoke that was caused by the fire.

*Meanwhile with Superman*

He went through a wall and stared at the kid with a sad look in his eyes. The child was curled up in a corner, hugging some kind of red blanket that seemed like the only thing that was keeping them alive and holding on to hope was that.

"Hi...I'm Superman, my friend Batman and I are here to take you out...I'm going to get close and take you in my arms to get out...are you ok with that?" Superman took a step close but stopped.

The kid curled up more and started crying while looking at Superman, he shivered with the stare, It was a girl and she was holding a cape...his cape, maybe one that he probably lost at a fight but...her eyes, oh her eyes...they are a beautiful dark blue with some light blue dots around the pupil...those eyes are very similar to the ones of a person he knows.

"What's your name, little girl?" He asked with a soft voice to keep the kid calm

"...L-Leave me..." She  said now glaring angrily holding the cape even closer to her chest, she was trying to defend herself from Superman apparently, something he said made her angry

Superman frowned and kneeled trying to pat her head:

"Please...how old are you? I'm not going to hurt you, I promise" He touched her hair softly and smiled calmly
