~Chapter 29~

Natsu's Point of View
  After we realized (Y/n) had lost her recent memories and gained her old memories we quickly informed the doctors of her awakening. The doctor asked us to wait outside while she does some test on (Y/n)'s conditions.

"This can't be? We know the doctor said she has a chance of losing her memories but how is that she remembers memories that she's already forgotten." Yūrei said as she was pacing back and forth the hall with her hand on her chin. You can hear the rapid stepping sound from her shoes from how much she was pacing, but it didn't bother me I just stood there against the wall thinking.

"Will (Y/n) be okay? Will she be able to get her memories back? What if she doesn't ever get her memories back?...What if she doesn't want to get her memories back?" I looked at the ground with the constant thoughts in my head. Then the stepping sounds stop. I then felt two hands smack me straight into my face.

  "Your probably thinking about (Y/n) and if she's ever gonna get her memories aren't you. And I can see it in the expression of your face the thought of 'What if she doesn't ever get her memories?' or somewhere between the lines of that right. I know you're worried, but now's not the time for being sad, even though (Y/n) might have lost some of her memories, but the doctor still said she had the chance of regaining those memories. And you said you would always be by her side right. So no matter what we are going to try to get her memories back." The stinging of Yūrei smacking me lingered on my cheeks but it helped me get back to my senses.

"You're right I did say that I wouldn't leave her side and we can't give up hope. So I am still going to keep my word on that, and we will find a way to get her memories back."

"That's the spirit and don't forget we have everyone else that can help jog her memory in some way." Yūrei said cheerfully.
The door to (Y/n)'s room opened revealing the Dr. Marvell. We both quickly turned our heads towards her to hear what she will say.

"Alright so I finished testing how she is like her blood pressure and the injures she had from the crash. So she will still be her in for a couple of days to recover and get back on her feet. Oh also I had asked her a few questions. From what you two said by how she had already lost some of her memories, it seems that from the crash it seemed to have caused a memory that was blocked off from her mind to start being regained. Though now some of here recent memories are gone, but it only seems that she doesn't remember the people she has meet. From the questions I've asked her she still seems to remember where she works, where she lives and what school she goes to, but the thing is still is that she thinks that Yūrei was the one that crash the couples years before and been in a coma since till now. And another thing I can't figure out is that she seems to know all the people you've two listed as people she knows but she seems to not remember only one person and that would be you Mr. Dragneel." Dr. Marvell explained.

I got a bit nervous when I heard that I was the only one (Y/n) couldn't remember. Yūrei seemed to notice and then spoke.
"You're right that doesn't make since, do you think there is any way she would be able to remember Natsu?" Yūrei asked.

"I think so since the crash seemed to have caused a nerve in her brain to regain her memories of you being her sister, if you she were told memories or stories of times Mr. Dragneel and her had together or bring her to places the two of them have spent together." Dr. Marvell explained.

I felt so relieved to hear her say that we hade a chance to get (Y/n)'s memories of me back.
"Thank you so much for telling us that." I smiled.
"I think it's time now we have to head home it's starting to get late Natsu." Yūrei said. I then realized how dark it was out the window, it also seemed to be raining hard.
"I'm Yūrei did you bring an umbrella because I didn't." I chuckled hesitantly.
"Uhh no I didn't either." She too chuckled hesitantly.
"You two should stay in the night here." We heard come out of (Y/n)'s room.
