Those words sent ice through my bones as dread flowed through me, I tried to ignore the way my heart pumped harder as all my instincts said that something was wrong with Emma that my twin was in some kind of dangers it was there the whole time but I had ignored the problem. The thought hurt me too no end and the fact that right now I just found out about the dangers in this town and that VAMPIRES the bloodsucking monsters that lurked in the dark was real, caused more dread in me and it pained me to think what was happening to my twin sister the hotheaded sarcastic girl that I would rather die than lose her was in pain.
