As you all enter into this story I have a few things I would like to address to clear things up and give warnings for future chapters.
This is a fanfic of the South Korean game, Mystic Messenger by the company CHERITZ. MC (standing for Main Character) was meant to represent the player as they played through the routes and storylines. With that being said, this is not CANON. Repeat, this story is not made by CHERITZ or has ever been confirmed by the company. This is purely based on theories from the players and from myself. All rights are reserved for CHERITZ and I highly recommend playing the game to get a better understanding of references made throughout the story.
I would also like to put a *trigger* warning for this story deals with heavy depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health issues as well as identity issues regarding the LGBTQ+ community. I feel it is important to discuss such topics because of the type of characters in Mystic Messenger and to spread awareness. I believe it is very important that we as a community understand mental health issues and we understand the struggles of being apart of LGBTQ+ community.
So again, I will put a *trigger* warning for anyone who will find these issues difficult to read or process. I will also be putting these warnings on chapters I feel are especially difficult to read for viewers as I feel that my target audience are teenagers becoming adults or children becoming teenagers.
I thank you all very much for giving this story a chance and I hope that I do CHERITZ and their game Mystic Messenger a good representation in this story.
