Where is he?

Mat and Nate didn't knew each other for a long time but they felt strong a connection to each other. Mat wasn't sure if he loves Nate, especially because he had a wife. He wanted to wait bevor he discusses anything, but as time past, he realized it was love. Mat was confused, sad and scared. He loved Stephanie and Nate was in a relation ship with Morgan, so he staid quite. Stephanie noticed that something was wrong and asked Mat what's the problem. He confessed to her. Stephanie was heart broken but expected it.
One the same evening Mat texted Nate and say they have to talk, personally.
They met 20 minutes later.
Nate's reaction wasn't expected. It seems liked something in his brain switched. It wasn't the Nate he knew. Nate was rude, and when he was done yelling he walked off. Even Rylo, Nate's dog he took with on the walk, was scared. Mat felt his heart break into Million pieces. He stood there, not believing what just happened. Mat walked lonely and depressed through LA as he felt something heavy hit the back of his head.
When he woke up, he found himself tied to a chair. Nate stood I front of him, but he looked different. „Nate? What is going on? First you yell at me, call me stupid and now you kidnapped me?" Mat noticed purple streaks running down his cheeks. „Nate is not here" Tears filed Mat's eyes. „What? What are you talking about" „It's just you and Me" Nate came close to Mat „So Play nice" Mat started crying „Who are you?" He asked with a shaking voice „Your worst NateMare"

Nate came home from the walk. „What did Mat discussed with you" Nate looked confused at Morgen. „I- I don't know. I know I stood in front of him, he looked nervous, he stared talking and then the next thing I remember is talking to you. I'll Steph, maybe she knows what I Mat wanted to tell me. Nate called Stephanie. „Hey Steph, I wanted to ask- are you crying?" „What do you want" Nate heart anger in her voice „I can't remember what Mat told me, or what happened afterwords, so I wanted to ask if you know it" Steph hang up the phone. „What did she said" Morgen asked. „What Mat told me have to be bad" „Why? What happened?" „Stephanie was crying and she hang up the phone without answering"

On the next morning Nate got a message form Steph. „He loves me?" Nate wispernd out loud. „Who loves you" Morgan asked half sleeping. Nate gave her the phone and left the room without a word. Morgen read: „Sorry that I was so mean last Night. It broke my heart what Mat told me and then you call me and say that you don't remember. It made me angry. Anyway, Mat told me that he loved you"
Nate went in the bathroom. And put some water in his face. When he looked up, the mirror broke. „What the fuck?" Morgan came in. „Nate! You're okay? I heart glass breaking-" She saw Nate in the front of the broken mirror crying. „Nate? Are you okay?"
„Mat is dead, Morgan" „What?" Nate turned to Morgan „Did you read the whole message?" Morgan continued reading: „I tried to contact him after you called me. He didn't answered. Maybe he hurt himself. I called the police. They just called back. They didn't found a corpse, but they're sure he's dead. Until they found his corpse I'll hope he is still somewhere out there, but maybe I just should expect it" „But they didn't found his corpse" Morgan said trying to hold back her tears. Mat and her didn't knew each other well, but it was his boyfriends friend. Morgan hugged Nate. „I miss him" Nate said. „We all do"
Years passed without a sing form Mat...

All this time Mat was trapped with NateMare. Everyday Mat lost his sense a bit more.
One day he was woke by Nate's voice. „Wake up" he said. „We have to be quicke" Mat felt the rope untie. „What?" He looked at person. He looked like Nate, but Mat learned that have to mean nothing. He wore a red shirt with a black tie, vest and black Pants „Can you stand up?" Mat shook his head. The man took Mat on his arms. „You have to stay quite or he will catch us" „You think we will not make it?" Mat teared up. Finally hope of release and now they won't make it „Don't cry Matthew. Soon you will be out of here" Mat was weak, he felt asleep in the mans arms.
When he woke up he was in an apartment. He wore fresh clothes. „Good, you're awake" The same person who helped Mat escaping stood in front of him. „Wait, what is going on? Who are you? Where am I? What are these clothes" „I'm Phantom, another ego from Nate, you are in „my" apartment and the clothes you are wearing are new. Nate is going to be here soon. I told him I found you" In that moment someone knocked on the door. „Speaking of the Devil ...tho, I'm the devil" The door opened. „Where is he" A voice asked. You couldn't see the door from the bed. Phantom didn't reacted. Nate came down the little floor and burst into tears as he saw Mat on the bed. „Matthew!" he ran up to Mat and hugged him tightly. „We thought you was dead!" „Nate stop, I can't breath" „I'm sorry, I just-" „Say nothing" Mat put his hands around Nate cheek. „In all these years I thought I never going to see your smile again" Nate blushed. „You are even more beautiful then I had remembered you" Mat kissed Nate softly. „You changed a lot, the last time I saw you just turned 26, Now you are already in your thirties" „Thanks for reminding me that I'm old" „You aren't old-" „Yes he is!" They heart a voice saying, but it wasn't Phantom. „NateMare" Matthew said shaking. They looked in the direction the voice came form and indeed, it was NateMare. „Just give me my prisoner back and I'll go, no one have to be hurt Nathan" „You took him for far to long!" Nate said angrily „Mare!" Phantom said. „Piss of!" „Phantom" NateMare responded „Why should I do that?" „Nathan, take Matthew and run. I'll take care Mare!" Phantom brought NateMare to fall. „Run!" Nate took Matthew and ran out the room...
