A Dance With The Devil..

Chapter 2

I head upstairs to the kitchen to see father making dinner. "Now father what did you need?" I ask grabbing a cup.
"You didn't forget about the big dance that's coming up next week did you?" He asked me.
I low key forgot about it and I'm honestly glad he reminded me. This is the dance where demons and humans collide. Some may fall in love some may die but overall everyone has fun demons just makes it ten times more interesting. "Noo I totally...yeah I did forget but thank you for reminding me!" I say pouring some juice in the cup.
"Your welcome sweety why don't you tell Olivia and Jordyn to come over and spend the night me and your mom are going out in a little bit anyway to enjoy some time to ourselves for a while" he said smiling
Ugh love I tell you. "Okay dad what about school tomorrow"
"You kids will be fine" he said
I shrug my shoulders and head upstairs to FaceTime liv and Jordyn.

"Hello?" -liv
Hey Guysss!!! -me
"Hey girl whats up" -Jordyn
Come over and pack some clothes cuz y'all staying end of discussion
*ends call*

I get up out the bed clean up my room witch is really just nothing but clothes lying around. I pick up the clothes folding them and putting them away throwing dirty clothes in the hamper as i go. Eventually my room was clean and i was satisfied. My phone buzzes and its them telling me they are at the door. I get up and head downstairs to open the door.

"Hey yall come on in" i say opening the door wider.
I shut the door we grab some plates and we head back upstairs to my room.. did I mention it was a master bedroom.
We talk and eat. After we were done i helped them unpack their stuff. They both had their own part of the closet in my room so they really didn't need to bring anything when they came.

"So what are we going to wear to the big dance next week..???" Liv asked staring at both of us
"Well we can always go to the mall and see. But i dont know if i wanna go i feel like its for nobody but losers" Jordyn says shrugging
"First of all hoe its not for losers and last year you didn't go and it turned out to be the talk of the century in the underworld and on earth so you finna be a loser and go. You might just find yourself a little lover" i say nudging her.

"Fine you guys are assholes" she says laughing. We all laugh. We put on our pajamas and start to head to bed. "Love you guys" i say
"Love you too"

The next day
"Yall get up it 8:00 we got 30min to get ready" liv says nudging us.
"Ight ight" i get up heading to the bathroom. I hop in the shower washing with my watermelon body wash wich by the way smells absolutely amazing. I wash my long curly hair with my scented shampoo humming a tune in my head. I get out do my hair routine, brush my teeth wash my face and put in my lotion i then get out so they can do the same. I head to my part of the closet. Hmmm what should i wear... i pull out some black ripped jeans and a black short sleeve graphic crop top. I put the jeans and top on. "JORDYN SHOULD I WEAR MY FEET OUT!?" i yell

"YEAH WE ALL GOING TO" She yells back.
I grab my black nike slides and i close the closet door. I walk over to my vanity, i grab my gel, my brush, and my edge brush with a couple bobby pins and scrunchies. I brush my hair up applying gel along the way and i put it in a ponytail. I tighten the ponytail wrapping my hair into a bun placing bobby pins in my hair. I then do my edges put my contacts in and im ready to go. Jordyn and Liv walk out ready as well
"8:27" i say looking at my phone
I throw them some granola bars and we grab our purses and head to school.
