Chapter Seven

Valentina has been more distant than ever. Firstly, she skips the party her parents threw for her amusement.
Secondly, she doesn't answer my texts or calls, and third...
Third is...she's at the hospital and I had to find out from Sergio rather than from her or her family.
My dad doesn't know the struggle of Valentina and I, and it's better that way.
I arrive to the hospital's parking lot, taking a big breath in and out before exiting my car.
Here I go.

I stop, about to open the door I hear something.
I push the door lightly, just to see who she was talking to.
I see a brunette woman standing by her bed, then I could see Valentina crying and talking.
I couldn't hear what she was saying, but she began talking more clearly now.
"I fucking want to kiss you right now!"
Valentina Carvajal just said that to a girl?
I close the door lightly and decided to wait until the girl left before I could see my girlfriend.

I waited and waited.

Then I saw the girl walking out the room and then I see her walk in an elevator.

I then proceeded to go in to Valentina's room, to which I open the door to overhear her talking to herself.
I didn't want to hear anything she said to I fully open the door, ignoring the fact she wanted to kiss a girl.
I enter and she notices me.
She breaks down and begins to cry.

I understand her pain.
I know what's she's feeling.
But I can't break up with her, not before we get married.
