Castle Cats Fantasy

Prologue

I came up with this story on a road trip at Christmas time last year, and I really wanted to publish it so hear it is, hope you like it, it is not at all likely, but it is definitely possible!

Princess Star Catniss Lightfoot woke up to the sound of trumpets blaring, she yawned and stretched, then slipped on her golden dress and her quiver and headed out to archery practice, just because she was the princess of the feather tail kingdom, didn't mean she couldn't learn how to defend herself. She walked down the staircase to the archery range, where her instructor, the captain of the gaurd was standing. They had been working on her aim for 2 years, and she was really starting to master it. She shot 22 bullseys and them went inside to eat breakfast, roasted duck with greens andcfreied eggs. The cook had outdone themselves again. She closed her eyes and thought about seeing the world someday, not many people believed feather tail existed anymore, as none of the cats had been seen in many years. The cats of feather tail, as the name suggests, all had featherlike tails, and uniquely shaped ears, that were fluffy and angled to the side. They were famous for their magic skills, and the evil pugomancer had been trying to find their lost kingdom for years. That's why they had to cut off from the world. They had a magic glowing orb that granted great power to the holder, the evil pugomancer wanted it for herself.

She went about her day, somehow her day was exiting and boring at the same time. She wished for adventure, but she still loved her home.
Suddenly the alarm sounded, signaling that they were under attack, her father rushed into the room and told her yo get to the escape route, in the dungeons, there was an underground river with boats so you could get out of the castle quickly, she didn't know where it went, she was only able to grab a few of her things, a golden dress, her favorite, her bow, a quiver, a sack of gold peices, and her dark green hooded cloak.

"The pugomancer has found us, go, escape, get out of here, take the magic orb, she is after it, she will assume I have it, use the underground river, pretend to be someone else, anyone else, use your middle name, join a guild, you are an excellent archer, use it. Be safe, and never tell anyone about the magic orb." Said her father

He dashed off and she was left to go in the boats, and to hold her secret from everyone she knows.
