Emma's POV
My parents are making me go introduce myself to our new neighbors today. My sister went last night so she's with her other friends right now. Doubly awkward that I have to go alone now. Thanks Ilaria.
I knock on their door. No one answers so I start to leave. But then, I hear the door open. I turn around and come face to face with a girl. she has almond brown hair and a pretty face. Her eyes are different colors. Her lips are shaped like they were made to kiss.
I realize she's been talking to me. "H-Hi", I get out. "My names Emiko." She tells me her name is Lucy and invites me in. We turn into her hallway from the entrance. There are stacks of boxes everywhere.
She points to a door a little further in, "That ones my room haha but um its messy so we can't go in right now" I laugh nervously. I would like to see her room. We start down a set of stairs from a different door. My foot slips and the next thing I know, I'm at the bottom of the stairs on top of Lucy. Shit.
