*Brittany's P.O.V
Thankfully when I woke up this morning Ian let me know that Kevin was gone, permanently. It was nice not having to worry about that douche canoe coming around, sputtering nonsense every time he opened his mouth. It was a pretty slow day on the bus today, Christina seemed completely disconnected and everyone else seemed to be in their own little world. I ended up spending the day finishing the fifth Harry Potter book, and starting the sixth.
"So, who wants food?" Jon asked, breaking the eery silence on the bus. "It's going on 7:45 and we all need to have dinner."
"I'm not hungry." I answered him, though everyone else acted as though nothing had happened.
Jon glared at me, before getting up and heading to his bunk. "I'm going out."
"Alright." I smiled, returning my gaze to my book.
"You're coming with me." He stated.
"Why?" I asked, staring at him in confusion.
"I want to speak with you, if that's alright." He smiled at me. "Let's go."
I placed my book down on the table in front of me, and got up sliding my shoes on. I was a little confused about what Jon would want to talk to me about. But, rather than question him I followed him off of the bus.
"So, you're not hungry?" He asked, as we started walking.
"Not really."
"You haven't eaten anything all day, how aren't you hungry?" He asked.
"I don't know."
"It isn't healthy not to eat." He sighed. "So, let's get food."
Jon and I just went into a subway that was across the street from a gas station, seeing as neither of us knew where we were going, and getting lost didn't seem like a fun adventure. I got my sub and just stared at it for awhile, I really wasn't very hungry.
"Eat."
"You sound like Jess." I sighed.
"Jess... Ben's girlfriend?" He asked, raising an eyebrow at me.
"No! Not Ben's girlfriend, my ex." I rolled my eyes. "She always made me eat."
"Oh, well... Sorry?"
"Meh." I sighed, taking the teeniest bite of my sub possible.
"So, your ex Jess, I assume that's a girl?"
"No, I'm a lesbian that dates dudes." I said sarcastically.
"Sorry." He smiled. "Just clarifying."
"Yes, Jessica was a girl. Believe me, I would know." I winked at him.
"What happened there?"
"She cheated. I called her out on it, and she kicked me out of our apartment, which is why I'm here, because I'm actually homeless." I sighed. "Woohoo!"
Jon and I ended up discussing shitty past relationships we'd had, and ended up joking about our choices in partners. Apparently, neither of us knew how to pick someone faithful. When we got back to the bus, it was quiet and empty which was odd. I searched the bus until I found Christina.
"Billy Talent have their bus back." She told Jon and I. "So, they're having a party over there."
"Why aren't you there?" I asked her.
"Don't really feel like being around a bunch of drunk guys." She responded.
"I'll get my stuff then." Jon told us, excusing himself to the bunk area.
"Are you sad?" I asked Christina.
"A little."
We both said good-bye to Jon, and then headed into the lounge together. We decided to watch movies on netflix, and ended up falling asleep on the couch.
