The Boy Wonder

Prologue

I stormed out of the bat cave, I couldn't even look at Bruce right now. He had gotten me so rolled up! He kept going on and on about how there is a line that we do not cross with villains no matter what. I couldn't see it. I did what had to be done. After all, he was the one who asked me to prance around as boy wonder with him and his super friends. He thinks he is all right, but he just never had the guts to do what I'm willing to do. Take the final step to save all the future lives that these convicts would eventually take.

"You had no right, you were lucky I was there to stop you before you drained the life from him." called out Bruce as I approached the door of the bat cave. "You leave now, and there will be MAJOR consequence, Damian." That's when I stopped in my tracks.

"What! What the hell are you going to do! I already live in hell." and then I ran off. I had to be alone at that moment. First, let me give you some back story; it all started with the Riddle, Edward Nigma, planning a heist. He was targeting the Gotham City Bank. We caught him in the act, but when one of his goons ran away he held a woman at gunpoint. I caught up to him and started to beat the shit out of that scumbag. Bruce had to pull me off before I finished my wonderful deed for the city and everyone in it. And then the yelling started.

So that brings us to now, Bruce Wayne screeching at me from across the bat cave. Once I took the first step outside, I knew everything was going to change.
