The worst part is people who stab you in the back with their words.
Karan thought Preeta had broken her trust, while the reality was quite the opposite.
Seeing Mahira in a blood of pool, Karan walked towards her to check her nerves.
She was dead.
Karan looks up to Preeta who was unconscious, holding a knife.
Karan(shouts angrily): Girish.. Paani leke aao..
Scared, Girish ran over and got some water.
He had never seen Karan so angry and upset. He didn't want to piss him off even more.
Karan rashly threw water on her face.
She blinked her eyes open as the chilled water made it difficult for her to breathe.
She held her head in pain as she got up, she was pounded by questions and allegations.
Karan(angry): Tumne bohot galat kiya.. Maine tumse yeh kabhi expect nahi kiya tha..
Preeta(painfully): Tumhaari harkatein bhi maine expect nahi ki thi.. Par.. (stops) Anyway, Maine kiya kya hai?
Kareena: Tumne saari hadein par kardi hai.. Preeta Arora.. Mahira ko maar diya?
Preeta looked at her shocked. She looked down to see herself covered in blood.
She saw Sherlyn sweating, nervously. That moment, she understood everything and sighed.
Sherlyn(taunting): Tumne yeh sab jalan ke maare kiya hai na.. I knew tum kuch bhi kar sakti ho.. Par yeh?
Preeta(rolls eyes): Every time you open your mouth.. I think you'll make sense this time.. I am always wrong 😂
Sherlyn(angry): You..
Kareena: Chodo yeh toh waise bhi badtameez hai.. Pata nahi hamaari family ke piche kyun padi hai?
Rakhi(sadly): Puttar.. Tune bohot galat kiya.. Mein.. (sighs)
Karan looks down disgusted.
Preeta: Tumhe samajh nahi aati kya? I don't care.. Tum shaadi karo, honeymoon pe jao, bachhe paida karo, bachhon ki shaadi karwao.. Mar jao.. I DON'T CARE
Karan looks at her hurt while she looks away.
Kritika(hesitates): Bhai.. Woh police aa gayi hai..
The lady constable came in and put cuffs around Preeta's hand.
Preeta: Jab tumhe sach pata chalega.. Tab tum mere paas aaoge.. Begging on your knees.. And.. I'll kick you away (whispers) like a bug..
Karan looked at her shocked.
He knew he had lost her, but he didn't know she was welling up with hatred for him.
The police took her away as she looked down in despair, trying to remember what had happened.
FLASHBACK
Preeta entered Mahira's room with a glass of juice.
Preeta(sternly): Kareena aunty be bhijwaya hai.. Tumhaare liye..
She kept the glass down and turned to leave when Mahira held her hand.
Mahira(madly): Mein sundar lag rahi hoon na? Mein itni sundar hoon.. Mein kya karoon? 😂
