#Episode8Rajavel reached Vishwa's home. He was shivering with fear. He was afraid to face Vishwa. He just met Ajatshatru, yet he couldn't do anything. He was worried how can he face Vishwa. He cannot face the wrath of of the DCP.
With heap loads of worries running in his mind, Rajavel entered Vishwa's house. He glanced at the grand old ancestral wall clock, with its pendulum swinging hither thither, it was way past 2 am. He remembered the Doctor's words. Vishwa needs a deep sleep. Disturbing him, that too with such a distressing news is definitely not good for his current health. Rajavel fell asleep in the sofa, after keeping an alarm for 4.30 am.
Vishwa woke up at 7 am. He had never slept way past 5 am. He woke up to see Rajavel preparing the dining table. The freshly brewed coffee aroma reached the nostrils of Vishwa. Vishwa felt that aroma after a long time. After the death of his parents, he ensured whatever things could remind his memories with them, was not anywhere in his sight.
'Velu, you prepared coffee?' Vishwa asked
'Coffee enna sir. 10 mins we will have breakfast also. After a long time you are going to eat home food sir.' Rajavel replied
'Your mom has prepared ah? Why Velu. I could have had my usual veggies. Why trouble your mom' Vishwa asked as he sipped the coffee, while Rajavel served the hot Pongal and Sambar in the plates.
Vishwa took a spoonful of Pongal and gulped it down his throat. The aromatic ghee mixed lentils and rice glided down his throat while the uncrushed pepper corns struggled to enter through his throat pipe. Even as it struggled, Vishwa closed his eyes and the images of Mr.Ravichandran hanging his name board to his newly constructed home and his mom Revathy Ravichandran was curling the 17 year old Vishwa's hair as he had just finished his 12th exams successfully and was awaiting his results. Vishwa wanted to spend time with his parents, but both of them had an important client meeting and they had to go, much to his disappointment. He never imagined that would be the last time he would see his parents, The last time he would feel his mom's tender fingers gliding his hairs, the last time he would hear the curt voice of his dad. The accident left a deep impact in the young Vishwa's heart. The court scenes where he witnessed his father being branded as an alcoholic who was driving the vehicle under influence of alcohol which he consumed at the clients place. He lost faith in the concept of justice. Justice serves only the rich and Definitely not the truth. He wanted to go away from india.
He was all set ready to move to Australia with his friend. But just when everything was moving as per his wish. He thought of thousands of Ravichandran and Revathy getting killed and their deaths being fabricated. He wanted to do his contribution to ensure the culprits get their proper dues. DCP Vishwanath Ravichandran, he became. All this played repeatedly in his mind and he started to choke. He was exhaling heavily.
Rajavel gave him tons of water and also a 2mg Minimal dosage of Asthalin for quick recovery. Vishwa slowly got back to normalcy and saw Rajavel getting the car keys.
'Where are you going Velu' Vishwa asked
'XI clinic. Dr.Sethuraman.' he replied
'Any leads in the case?' Vishwa sprang up with excitement
'Nothing about the case or DCP vs Ajatshatru. It's about the health of my inspiration Vishwanath Ravichandran' Rajavel responded as they both got into the car with Vishwa trying to hide his emotions and tears on seeing Rajavel showing so much care towards him.
