Chapter Two

Suddenly, our classmates from different subject in T.L.E arrived. Inayos ko Ang desk ko to avoid eye contact from them. I heard them laughing especially to those classmates belong from cookery subject.

"Penny! Andyan na pala stalker mo eh hahahaha!" Said by Athena. Athena is of her friend. She's always with Penelope.

Everyone looks to me. I don't care Kung pagtawanan nila ako, finally our teacher arrived in the class.

"Good morning class!" Mr. Tolentino greeted.
We've stand up and look to him

"Good morning Sir Tolentino!" We greeted too

He let us sit then he look to all of us.

"Now I have a special announcement, since this month is August. We will celebrate the buwan of wika, may magaganap na activities sa celebration na iyon Kanilang na Ang pagsasadula Ng florante at Laura" Mr. Tolentino

This is a surprise ah, I don't know na mag aact pa Ng ganito.

"So I'm here to choose an actors and actresses" he announced.

I just bow my head to not notice by him, I heard Mr. Tolentino called me.

"Mr. Montero please stand up. You're will be the Florante in the play" he said

Nanlaki Ang Maya ko sa mga sinambit Niya.

"But sir, Hindi po ako qualified sa ganito" I said

He shook his head and look to me

"Kaya nga may practice Mr. Montero, so don't refuse this" he said

I have no choice, I just nodded to him.

"Sa Laura Naman, Athena, Remy and..... Penelope stand up." He said

No way, he called Penelope for the nomination of the role of Laura. I feel so nervous on what happening .

" Sir dapat po si Penelope po ung piliin niyo Kasi andyan na si savier ayieeeeee hahahhaha" Athena said to mr. tolentino.

All of my classmates start to laughed out loud in the room. It is a sarcastic laughed that heard by my ears. I feel so ashamed on myself.

Natawa Ng konti si Mr. Tolentino sa mga tease ni Athena sa Amin, tumikhim eto.

"Ehemmmm ok, Ms. Penelope Jane Andrada, you're will be the Laura in the play." He said to her.

Napangiwi si Penelope sa mga narinig Niya.

"But... Sir...." She said

"No but Ms. Andrada" he said and everyone of the class laughed to us. Napa Yuko na lamang ito, minabuti ko nalang na di nalang siya tignan sa mga oras na Iyon. Sa mga oras na Iyon, namili pa Ng mga actors and actresses Ng play. Gusto Kong humingi Ng sorry Kay Penelope sa mga nangyayari sakanya.

"Ok, natapos na Ang pamimili, simulan niyo na Ang pagpapractice niyo. Actually, humingi ako Ng permission to our school head na gamitin niyo Ang theatre hall for practice." He said to us.

After nun, nagdiscuss siya. Hindi ako nakinig sa kanya, I can't focus myself on studies. May darating ako na project na mukhang mahirap.

"Hoy, sed congratulations sayo" yvonne said to me

"Para saan Naman?" I asked

"Ikaw Ang Florante sa play..... Yieeee" she said

"Nah, ayoko nga ehhhh" I said

"Tseeee, kasama mo nga si Bebe Penelope mo" she teases to me

Napa tawa ako Ng konti sa mga sinabi Niya. Recently we're walking through the hall, we will go to the library to read some books.

"Oo masaya ako..... Andun si Penelope ehhh but I think she's dislikes me" I said

"Oh, kawawa ka Naman.... Bakit Kasi nagkakandarapa ka diyan sa babae na Yan?! Gwapo ka naman at matalino!" She said to me.

"But I love her...... I love her from who she are....." I said.....

Nag kibit balikat na lamang Ito sa akin  at sa wakas nakarating kami sa library, napakaunti Naman Ng tao

Pumunta kami sa mga shelves. While we're searching for the books we've need, I saw Ms. President.

"Oh, what are you doing here sed?" She asked

I smile to her.

"Review some notes in lesson" I said

"We will having an event this month, Mr. Tolentino talk to me about the play.. well congratulations to you" she said to me.

I scratched my head. Hindi talaga ako masaya sa nangyari.

"I don't deserve that role eh....." I said to her....

"Hmpp, Yan ka nanaman, don't put yourself down, you can do it. I Know you can" she said...

"Thank you...." I said

She just smile....

"So I have to go, may meeting pa kami about sa program" she said

I just nodded to her. She left. Yvonne tap me on my back.

"Uy ikaw ahhh!" Yvonne tease to me.

Sa sobrang lakas Ng boses napatingin lahat Ng students sa Amin Lalo na ung librarian.

"Shhhhh....." Librarian said to both of us then her finger point into her mouth. It is a sign to make us stop.

"Ikaw Kasi Ang ingay mo and Hindi ko pinopormahan si Geneva" I whisper to her.

She just look to me sarcastically and smirk.

"Bakit Kasi Hindi si Geneva ung ligawan mo kaysa Kay Penelope?" She asked.

"Like I said before, I really love Penelope. " I answered to her.

I went to the table to sit and read. She'd still follow me on where I sit in.

"Ang tanong Mahal ka ba?" She asked.

I just rolled my eyes on her.

"Napapaisip talaga ako sayo Kung kaibigan Kita Yvonne.... Dapat support mo nalang ako" I said to her...

She just take a deep breath and look to my eyes.

"Sed, nag aalala lang ako sayo and look, halos kulang nalang mag file sya Ng restraining order sayo. Sunod ka Ng sunod" she said.

She's right, I'll always chase her. Kung saan siya nandoon ako, since we've still in first year high school. She's my first love

Finally, its our dismissal time na. I'm here in the parking lot, I have a bike. It is a cute bike na pwedeng mang akas Ng Isa pa. We're not so poor but I love this kind of vehicle. Less pollution in the air and helpful in the nature.

I drive it so fast, I saw my classmates waving at me. I smiled to them. I wish na maaangkas ko si Penelope dito. We have a romantic date then dadaan kami sa yellow tree road. I can't imagine that na magkaroon sa Lugar na Ito.

Elders said that this place is very blessed by the Creator, so He give that kind of place to us who living near to it.

While I'm driving, I saw an unexpected person. It was Penelope. She's walking on the side of the yellow tree road.

"What are you doing here?" I asked to her.

She was surprised on me..... I stop my bike .

"Ah, Wala....." She said...

"Bakit naglalakad ka?" I asked again

"Alangan namang gumapang ako diba" she answered sarcastically
