  *Kai's P.O.V.*

  When we got back to the house, I took Titan straight to my room. I could tell that he was going to go into Heat very soon. It happened to the Alpha's mate just a couple days after accepting your mate. With other wolves, it took up to a week. I told Titan what was going to happen, and honestly, I was worried.   Suddenly, Titan screamed out in pain, clutching his stomach. He turned red and began panting. His face contorted into one of pain as tears threatened to fall. I hovered above him, hugging him to me tightly. "It will be over soon, Tin." I whispered clutching him. I could tell that me being so close lessened the pain slightly, but not much.
