Hello reader, I want to make some ground rules just like my first story. So please pay close attention.
Rule #1: Both Kakarot and Izuka will both have One For All, cause it ain't a dynamic duo without friends who has similar powers.
Rule #2: Kakarot will be born as a Divine Saiyan God. Which means Kakarot will have Super Saiyan Rosé and beyond at some point in the story. He'll have Super Saiyan 4 and maybe even Ultra Instinct possibly.
Rule #3: Mineta will not be in this story because let's all be honest, nobody likes a pervert.
Rule #4: There will be other races in this as well, like Majins, Namekians, Frost Demons (Frieza's race), Androids, Bio-androids, and of course Saiyans. Unfortunately, there will be no Beerus, but there will be something else that is kinda cheese and makes death irrelevant. That's right, the Dragon Balls and Kami will be in this story.
Rule# 5: All Might will always have his hero state thanks to the help of the Saiyan and Namekian heroes who helped him with All For One.
Rule #6: The speech signals in my last story will be the the same.
