Take me Away

Harrison

~ 11:00am ~
I woke up this morning like every other damn day. Not wanting to. But then again it's a side effect of being a teenager. It was a beautiful monday. Oh yeah, did I mention I'm homeschooled?

Well, usually I have mondays free and all to myself. But since it's the first day of school I wanted to visit some friends at school. *scoffs* Yeah right I just wanted an excuse to not be in this hell hole. Oh I'm sorry "home".

I quickly got up and took a nice long shower. "Hurry up Ella!" mum said. As usual I never answer. After i finished i got dressesd in this black loose dress with some vans and went out.

It was 3:00pm already. "Ash should be out by now" ash, short for ashley, is my bestfriend. Well, my only friend really.

"ELLA!" ash said running towards me.
"Hey Ash!" We hugged for a minute since we didn't see eachother in the summer. Ash has the whole apple-pie-life that i said before. I wasn't jelous or anything. But Ash knew me and my life.

"What are you doing here anyways?"
"Can't a girl visit her bestfriend?" I said.
"Point taken." Ash and I walked to out favorite hangout place which was a food place and conveniently right across her school.

"So how was the first day of a regular teenager?" I asked her.

"Regular. Boring classes. Same faces. Some new. TALK ABOUT NEW! There's this guy right? He take geometry with me and he is the cutest!"

"That's good i guess" i said to her.

"What? Are you like gay or something? Did you just hear what i-" ash stopped talking which made me look up at her.

"What you just what?"

"That's him" ash whispered.
As I turned around I saw this tall, long haired boy. He had the prettiest green eyes that I've ever seen.
"Well... I guess I'm not gay after all"
I said laughing at ashley.

"Go talk to him" ash said to me.

"Why?"

"Umm idk isn't obvious? He's cute, he's a guy you're a girl... it only makes sense! Plus you know he looked at you when he passed by us" ash said.

Sure he looked at me. But if he knew the real me and what goes on at home... Would he run away? I have to admit I am scared of love. Only because i hardly see it at home. Plus I'm not that cute... Am I? Sure I'm insecure (another side effect of being a teenager) but still he's a 10 i'm a solid mexican 5. Which makes a solid 3.

"Idk ash... Should I?"

"Why the hell not? You got nothing to lose mate"

As ash finished those words I stood up and walked over to him. My palms were sweating like crazy. Finally I was next to him. I didn't say a word at firsthand. Until ash gave me that grown-a-pair-of-balls face.

"Hi" i said with a shaky voice.
He turned around and looked down on me since he's so tall. God he's gorgeous.

"Hey" he had a deep voice.

"You from around here?"
"Actually I just moved here with my mum and dad"
"How is it so far?"
"Good I guess. What about you? You from around?"
"Sord of. I'm just here for my friend." I said pointing at ash.

"I've seen her before. She goes to Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School right?"
"Yeah"
"I haven't seen you around really. Where do you study?"
"Homeschooled"
"I wish!"
"You really don't"
"Is it that-"
He was cut off by the sound of his mums SUV. I was disappointed that he had to leave. But before i knew it i looked back at him and he was writing his phone number.

"Call me, yeah?" He said.
"Alright. Wait I didn't get to know your name" i said to the him.
"Harrison. You?"
"I'm Ella. Nice too meet you."
"The pleasure is all mine, Ella." he said kissing the back of my hand as he ran outside to his mums SUV.

I walked towards Ash with a blank and red face.
"Guess neither of you are gay" ash said laughing and I blushed.

~Fastfoward~

As I was laying in bed think about this boy I just met today. I stared at the crumbled napkin with his number written on it.

"The pleasure is all mine, Ella." i kept repeating in my head. I couldn't stop to think that the thought of him made me forget my surroundings completely. I forgot about what was going on in my "home".

What was I feeling?...

Hope you guys liked it. I'm sorry if I suck at this, again it's my first time writing soo bare with me. I'm sorry if I went of theme with this chapter. That was the point of it, to take the mind off from what was going on.
