"Get out of here. Next time there will be no warning." Growled a large brown striped tom. "You're not welcome in Ice's land."
A pair of kittypets stood still. "Well that may change soon." A gray she-cat retorted. "We've heard rumor of your plans." She said.
A much smaller white tom stood next to her, watching closely. "We could be of good use." He said.
The brown tabby glared at them. "What use could a puny mouse like you be?" He snorted. "The others would mistake you for freshkill. You wouldn't last a minute out here. Go back ro your twolegs." He muttured, waving his tail to signal two other cats he was with to follow him.
"Ash?" The white tom growled watching the three cats walk away.
The gray she cat nodded. "It's time, Snow." She said.
Snow bared his teeth and ran after the cats. When he was close enough, Snow leaped forward, pulling the brown tom back to him. "Geuss who, Oak." He snarled.
The tom growled, pushing Snow off him. "Wrong choice." He said. With a flick of his tail, the two other cats approached Snow, growling angrily. "You shouldn't have done that." A sleek tortioushell she cat said, usheathing her claws.
"Yeah. Your dead." The russet furred tom next to her said.
"Oh no!" Snow pretended a choked up yowl. "Help, I'm scared!" He called loudly.
As if a coud were casted over the moonlight, the area darkened. Ash leaped out of the bushes, shoving the tortioshell she-cat. "Take us to Ice's place." She demanded. "We wish to speak with him. Alone."
"You have no place with us." Oak said. "Ice will have no visiters. The moon is full and he is busy. Go home, Ash. While we still let you."
"What if I told you I am a descendant of Bluestar of Thunderclan." Ash said standing taller. At the mention of the great leader from stories, the two other cats widened their eyes. "Bluestar?" The tortioshell murmured. "But that's impossible. We don't even know she ever existed!" She continued. Oak glared at her. "Quiet Moss." He told her before turning to face Ash. "What do you know of the Clans?" He questioned.
"Take us to Ice. Maybe then I'll tell you." Ash challenged. Snow nodded in agreement.
Without another word, Oak huffed and turned to lead the four cats deeper into the woods.
