The curse of my immortality is one that I'll be paying for the rest of my life. That's where I'm at the moment. How I wish for someone to just pull me out of this deep dark pool I've sunk myself into. But that isn't how love works, I have to pull my own weight. I just don't think I'm strong enough yet...

Act- 1

Elio watched from his balcony all the people under him in the street. They were just lives passing him, all living differently from each other. The sweet cold breeze made him feel relaxed and the glass cup filled with alcohol helped too. "I wonder what you're thinking about all the time." The woman beside confessed to him. "Are those thoughts about straying away from me? Or something else?" The questing caught him by surprise. He would never leave Sandra behind but he cannot deny the fact that if he'd leave New Orleans, she wouldn't be joining him. She loved it too much. "Of course not. Why would you think something like that?" The woman's cold stare stayed on him for a few moments, her eyes trying to read him. Giving up she lets out a exhausted sigh.

"I'm sorry Eli It's just that...I see the way you suffer. It's clear as day that you just want to get away from New Orleans. But something's holding you back." Sandra was right, although he would never admit that. Something was holding him from taking everything he had and getting the hell out of there. The problem is that he didn't know what. "I'm fine Alessandra." Elio answered a half-hearted smile. Sandra decided to drop it and nodded, downing the rest of her own cup. Elio has always been like this, never being honest about his feelings with someone. It pained her, when she wanted to reach out Elio would just push her away.

"There's something brewing with the witches. Word on the street is that they have a pregnant wolf girl captured. And you won't believe who the daddy is." The gossip slipped out her mouth and it intrigued the Bar owner. "Klaus Mikaelson." The very name made Elio's skin crawl. The self proclaimed kings and queens of the Big Easy. Long ago they had fled their kingdom but it seems like they might come and take it all back. New Orleans pulled everything back into its place, it did for Elio who he'd never imagine being settled in the town. "Is that even possible?" he scoffed not believing the girls word's. "Want to find out?" A spark of mischief lingered in sandra's eyes and how enticing was it.

The cemetery held hundreds of witches, the power they had over these burial ground was strings Elio felt them all trying to push him away from the cemetery. Barely even taking a step inside, he was stopped by some sort of field. He takes his finger into his mouth and bites down on it. The blood seeped out onto the ground, It flowed like veins and it traced all over the graves. "What's dead should stay dead and powerless, amazing how their ancestors have all this power but they can't use it." Sandra crossed her arms taking a step foward, the spell had worked. "You can thank marcel for that." Elio chuckled joining her.

"You two can't be here." A voice stopped them. Jane Ann Deveraux stood in front of them with other witches behind her. They looked at the pair in disgust, clear history between their covens. To be on their grounds was deeply forbidden with such history. "I don't see anyone stopping us." Elio looks around stating the obvious. They were banned from using any magic under the rule of marcel. He pitied them for it, because it allowed people like Sandra and him to step all over them. Not that he minded that part much. "We just wanted to see the mystical wolf girl you're hiding from us." Sandra spoke stepping closer to the woman. "You know how much we like spectacles, you're all so good at it. Are you going to show us the way or shall we make our own?" Her threatening manner of caressing the other's face made Jane Ann tense up. She knew better than to try and start anything with those two.
