It was a normal night and six teenagers were spending their time near a campfire in front of the Castillo estate. There were no parents so that meant no supervision. The night was going well, the six drifting between topic to topic talking about random things that they thought would bring interest to them. There was a pause in the conversation. They all listened to the fire crackling as they felt the heat on their faces. The pause wasn't an awkward one, but it was a slight enough pause to remind one of the six of something.

"Hey did you know there's an abandoned mansion near here," Clever announced breaking the once comfortable silence.

"Yeah, we should spend the night there," Jasmine replied since they didn't have any other ideas in mind. Her parents were out of town on a business trip, and she was sure her brother wouldn't mind, since he was spending his night out with friends. Well, what else would they do? It would be better than nothing. Besides they wanted to make the best out of high school before growing up and taking responsibilities. They weren't going to be friends forever, as much as they wanted to. They all had a plan for the future, and it would be best if they had one more memory to share together before they parted ways.

"I'm down," Alberto said. So they did. They cleaned up the area where they once were chatting and laughing about random things. They all went into the woods traveling as a group, trying to find the mansion that Clever had talked about. After a while they still found nothing, and it seemed as if they were walking around in circles.

"Hey, are we lost?" Nazerth finally asked since no one was saying anything.

"No, we're not, look, I see it up ahead," Clever pointed and with that the six sprinted to the mansion.

They were in front of the door of the abandoned mansion. It looked old, of course, what would you expect out of something that's abandoned? It gave off a weird vibe, almost a warning for them to turn back. The mansion didn't look sturdy and there was moss and mildew everywhere in the front of it. The paint had faded and was peeling, and the mansion reeked of something like old fish that someone forgot to take out of the refrigerator. It would once have been a beautiful sight to see but now it was something horrible and disgusting that should be left alone.

Alexi, one of the six in the group, was disturbed by the rotting mansion and the weird vibe that no one seemed to notice or care about. "I don't think this is a good idea," Alexi mummered. She shuddered at the thought of the creepy and odd things that would be in there, like something out of a horror movie.

"Come on Alexi," Clever pouted to her. She looked to the side biting her lip debating whether it was a good idea or not.

I mean it's not like we're actually in a horror movie right ? What could be so bad, she thought to herself.

Reluctantly she nodded her head. They opened the door and saw a paper on a short table that had lost one of it's legs and miraculously was balancing on it's own.

The six looked around the room, and glanced towards other doors. Unintentionally, the six got into groups of two, exploring the rotting mansion, wondering what kind of weird and creepy things could lay in the rooms. For all they know, it could just be a boring old mansion with nothing inside it, or maybe there might be something worth taking and selling for a profit online. Jasmine walked over towards the table, curious as to what the paper had on it.

"Hey Clever look it says Jeff The Killer, just like that creepypasta," Jasmine pointed out, and at that same moment the door closes separating the six friends into their pairs of twos.
