ch 2

Narrator pov

Whenever she asked you what you wanted to do you simply didn't know what she meant so she got a list out of things to do

Kurumi: ok wanna go to the park?

You then give her a bright smile

Y/n: yes please

Kurumi pov

I thought to myself: such a happy warm smile nothing like I'd ever see I almost feel bad for when im ganna eat him oh well can't be helped

We then went to the park and as we were going to the park I saw him as he was playing by himself I started to feel a bit bad seeing him by himself as we were going back to his house I recommended a short cut through the alley way I decided to ask

Kurumi: um y/n may I ask you something?

Y/n: mhm

Kurmi: why is it you refused to play with the other kids?

Y/n: well you see I'm not that interesting to most  people I have a bad habit of well being very shy and well people who do talk to me usually bully and think its weird how im not much of a talker

My shadow slowly made its way toward him with him not knowing I thought to myself should I really do it I mean he does look tasty but just then a man came out of nowhere with a gun wearing a bandanna for a mask and I then made the shadow return

Robber: ok no one needs to get hurt all you have to do is well you know what to do hand over anything shiny

I then see y/n run to me clinging to me as if I was some sort of older sister to him crying I then was surprised nobody had ever come to me for help or comfort they would always run away

Robber: hey you little brat shut up another sound and im pulling the trigger

I then look at the robber enraged and pick up and hold y/n

Kurumi: y/n?

I then pulled his head closer to my chest so he couldn't see anything

Kurumi: cover your ears and I promise you'll be safe

He then did as I said and covered his ears

Robber: ha what are you ganna do about-

My shadow quickly makes its way under the robber and an arm comes out punching him square in the crotch I make sure y/n's ears are still covered and the as the arm comes out more of the arm comes out revealing to be a copy of  me in spirit form and the copy then grabs the robber by his mouth lifting him up as he quietly struggles in her grasp

Kurumi: no need to be to be too messy just teach him a little lesson about manners

Kurumi #2: of course

Kurumi: have fun

I then start walking out the alley still holding y/n close in my arms I then gently pull one of his hands off of his ears

Kurumi: its ok now the mean man has learned his lesson

Y/n: ok

He then hugs me

Y/n: Thank you kurumi

I hug him back

Kurumi: your welcome y/n

We then make our way inside the house I make him (your favorite food) and I go to fill up the tub with hot water and I put bubbles in it as I go back into the kitchen I see y/n has left and is in the living room drawing something when he saw me looking he flipped it over so I couldn't see

Y/n: no not yet its not ready

I then laugh

Kurumi: ok ok but you gotta finish it after your bath

When he finished he came out in in a pair of (favorite color) P.Js and he went back to his drawing then as soon as it was finished he came up to me showing me the drawing and it was a picture of me in my spirit form and him holding hands and smiling it was quite wonderful...wait a minute he's only seen me in my spirit form once unless you count the time today but I told him to cover his eyes there's no way this kid has that good of memory

Kurumi: y/n?

Y/n: yes?

I then raise an eyebrow and give him a slight smile

Kurumi: so then did you cover yours eyes whenever I told you to?

His eyes widen

Y/n: um um um

Kurumi: don't lie to me now

He then looks down sad

Y/n: yes I'm sorry kurumi

I then started rubbing his head and smiled at him

Kurumi: it's ok while its true you didn't listen I'm happy you had what it took to tell me the truth now I think its time for bed

Y/n: um kurumi before I go to bed can I ask you something?

Kurumi: sure

Y/n: um will you um be my friend?

I then look at him smiling

Kurumi: no...ill be your best friend

His eyes start to sparkle and he hugs me then yawns

Kurumi: someones sleepy

I then pick him up and start carrying him up to his room and I gently put him to bed and tuck him in I then look back at him and I lick my lips and I my shadow starts making its way toward him once more I then look at the picture he drew of us and the shadows stop man this kid is something hes not like an ordinary human hes kind of like me no friends at least he has his mother...and me now me I then stroke his hair while he sleeps and I sit next to him and start to rest my eyes for a moment and fall asleep laying next to him

Meanwhile in the alley with the other kurumi aiming her gun at the robber and narrator pov

Kurumi #2: not so funny now is it? How does it feel to be weak? To be scared of death?

The robber then gets in his knees begging

Robber: please im sorry don't kill me I promise to never do wrong again

She then laughs and pulls the trigger on one of her guns and he flinches afterwards he gets a look of pure terror and surprise

Kurumi #2: better be serious about that for your sake

Robber: w what are you ?

Her eyes then glow

Kurumi #2: your worst nightmare (that's a reference to both batman and  the anime shes from shes has an alias name nightmare)

She then vanishes and returns to the original kurumi

Author: hope you guys enjoyed the chapter I don't know why but doing this with somebody like kurumi is pretty fun honestly its interesting doing this with a character like her its also fun giving her a bit of extra traits of my own I hope you guys like it and have a good day/night
