//Kokichi POV//
The shuttle bus dropped me off at the college. I was slightly nervous because I was getting a new roommate and I didn't know who it was. They said in the brochure that your roommate was your soulmate. Was that an obvious lie or the truth? It wasn't a lie, and that has proof. Every person I saw coming out of last year, they had somebody walking right by their side. I was nervous but I had to hide it. I can't show any sign of weakness.
I walk into the building that greets me. I see lots of people crowding the elevators, I walk quietly over as discreetly as possible. I didn't want to avert attention in this attention-grabbing area. I step into the crammed elevator and reach over to press the 12 button (btw this school has 16 floors). The elevator quietly rose, the only sound is the people yelling over each other. The elevator finally arrives at my floor, me and a couple other people get off. I start repeating the number in my head '1204, 1204, 1204'. I find the door and pull out the key that came in the mail yesterday. I slide the key into the lock and turn it. The door unlocks and I open the door.
