[13] 'married?'

jimin's pov

mina called me in the morning,telling me that her mom is coming over in two days time.

flashback

"jimin ah i wanna tell you something."

"yea,what is it?"

"urm my eomma is coming over soon."

"when is she coming?" i asked

"in two days time"

"ahhh i see.did you tell her about us?"

"no,i didnt get to tell her about that." she said.

"ohh okay. i think you should tell her about that and we probably could meet up."

"hehe okay.i will text you the time" mina said.

"okay baby.talk soon! bye"

"bye bye" with that she hung up.

flashback ended

i used to live near mina's house when i was a child so mina & i became friends since we were young.it's been really long since i saw mina's mom.i remember going to mina's house every saturday and her mom always welcomes me.shes a really nice person just like mina.

two days later at mina's house

the doorbell rang.

"ehh who could it be? jimin? nah i dont think so.it's so early"

mina opened the door.

it was really jimin.

"omg jimin why are you here?"

"bring you to the airport to fetch your mom of course."

"aww thank you jimin. youre the best hehe" she thanked him.

"anything for you,mina."

"her flight will be here at 10am,we still have 30 mins to kill actually. have you eaten?"

"ohh okay.no,i havent haha"

"come here,i will make you some toast & tea" she brought him to the kitchen.

at around 10am

mina saw her mom coming towards her.

"EOMMAAAAA" mina was so excited when she saw her mom.

"hi mina ah !! i miss you baby" her mom said.

"i miss you even more eomma" mina said while hugging her mom tightly.

"youre so skinny,did you eat well?" mina's mom asked her,she didnt realise jimin was there.

"ahhh really? HAHAHA i did,eomma.oh eomma,look whos with me?" mina pointed at jimin.

"hmmmmm this boy looks familiar" mina's mom said.

"hi aunty lovelle ! im jimin,mina's childhood friend. i used to live near your house when i was a kid." jimin smiled at her.

"omg jimin!! it's you,omg look at you.the last time i saw you,you were only a lil boy."

jimin smiled awkwardly.

"ehh mina ! is jimin your boyfriend?" mina's mom whispered to mina,but jimin could hear what she said.

"errr-r" she was blushing and she was definitely too shy to answered.

jimin cutted her words and told mina's mom, "yes,aunty lovelle,we are dating."

mina just smiled at her mom.

"wow that's great.so happy that you guys are dating.mina ah no need to be shy about this." mina's mom said.

"i'll take good care of her,aunty lovelle" jimin told lovelle.

"thank you boy" mina's mom thanked her daughter's boyfriend.

jimin nodded and smiled at both mina & her mom.

at mina's house

mina and her mom had girls talk at night.both of them were chit chatting as if theyre sisters.

"mina ah,when did you and jimin started dating? why didnt you tell me?" mina's mom was asking mina.

"err about that eomma,we started dating around 9 months ago. i didnt know how to tell you so yeah" mina was blushing.

"my girlie,look at you. youre blushing,no need to be shy." her mom teased her.

"it's just that he is my first boyfriend,of course i wish he's my first and also my last"

mina's mom nodded.

"why eomma? you dislike him?" mina wasnt sure.

"no no. no such thing,honey. he is a really good boy. i still remember his parents always praise him when he was young. they said he is really filial,hardworking,kind hearted which i believe it's true." her mom said.

mina nodded and agreed with her.

"yes,hes really caring." she smiled.

"dont you remember? there was a time when you were only 5 years old,you once fell into a drain,it was jimin who helped you to get up and brought you home" her mom remembering the past.

"ehhh really? i cant remember" mina just giggled.

her mom was just laughing.

and continued, "i dont have to worry about you and him dating. he will takes good care of you,im sure about that."

mina blushed and nodded again.

"hopefully i could get to see both of you married soon" her mom said.
