Beef Noodle Chop Suey
1 pound ground beef 1 can (8 ounces) water chestnuts, drained
1/2 cup chopped onion and sliced
3 1/2 cup hot water 1 can (16 ounces) mixed Chinese vegetables
1 package Hamburger
Helper beef noodle dinner
in 10-inch skillet, cooked and stir meat and onion until meat is brown; drain. Stir in water, noodles, Sauce mixed, water chestnuts and vegetables. Heat boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 10 to 15 minutes, stirring frequently. 5 or 6 serving.
Beef Rice Dinner
1 package Hamburger 1 can (16 ounces) mixed Chinese
Helper rice Oriental dinner vegetables, drained
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) condensed 1 small green pepper, thinly sliced
beef broth (bouillon)
Prepare rice Oriental dinner as directed on package except-omit water; add enough water to beef broth to measure 3 1/3 cups of liquid. Five minutes before end of cooking, stir in Chinese vegetables and green pepper. 5 or 6 servings.
